Riverview Estates team members are dedicated to serving a diverse aging population and their families by providing a continuum of care with respect, acceptance, dignity and joy. Our team members are dedicated to serving our mission: providing our residents their home with a better quality of life, while addressing many critical human care needs.
Prior to moving into Riverview Estates' assisted living community, each resident is assessed by a nurse to determine the level of assistance needed with activities of daily living (ADL). We use the results of this assessment to decide on the level of care needed for each resident. Collecting as much information as possible is vital to the level of care we provide.
Skilled nursing is part of the continuum of care provided at Riverview Estates. During a stay in our Nursing Unit, licensed nurses provide a safe environment by administering medications, ensuring nutritional needs are met and monitoring physical and mental impairments. We provide compassionate, quality health care in private or semi-private rooms.
Assisted Living lies somewhere between living independently or living in a Skilled Nursing Facility. A nursing home provides care for the elderly and disabled. Usually their conditions are chronic and require a specially trained medical staff. We offer residence for those who need some level of help performing everyday actives, such as cooking, bathing and dressing.
At Riverview Estates, we offer rehabilitation services to people who are 65 years of age and above. The Riverview Estates Physical Therapy team ensures that patients can achieve a better quality of life, through rehabilitation goals and increased independence. Our rehabilitation therapy uses a comprehensive approach to patient care.
