At HIPP, we are dedicated to educating the human body in the Pilates Method and the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates. We offer quality Private, Duet or small Group Pilates instruction on top of the line Pilates apparatus. We also offer a wide range of fun and challenging Group Matwork classes! We believe Pilates is for EVERY body and welcome all fitness levels to join us.

All of our teachers have completed the rigorous training program with BASI Pilates and continue to further their education. Pilates is a method of total body conditioning developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Born in 1880, in Germany, Pilates lived his childhood stricken with asthma, Rheumatic fever, and other illnesses. It was because of this that he set out to learn everything he could about physical fitness.
He intensely studied the leading systems of body development that were being used in gyms, schools, and other institutions, as well as Eastern and Western philosophies and the ancient Greek and Roman regimens.Pilates' years of study and exploration seeded the roots of Contrology, the system we now call Pilates.

Private sessions involve personal one-on-one training with an Instructor. The Instructor will take you through a 55-minute workout that is developed with your individual needs and goals in mind. Because you will have the exclusive attention of your Instructor, this type of session offers the most benefit to you.
