Worst apartment complex in town. DO NOT rent from this incompetent company. The “managers” are rude and the community is terrible. The have a contract with the farm workers and the place is constantly riddled with loud obnoxious people. Homeless people roam the trails, trash on the side walks, and the police are constantly here for felons. Rent is inflated for the value this community offers. The parking is an absolute nightmare so good luck. I hope they go bankrupt!

All the units look like little cottages with red doors. Looks, feels and sounds like home 90% of the time. The evenings are really quiet six days a week because most families have to get up early for work and school. I'm a late night person so the quiet in the neighborhood when I walk at night is very much appreciated and safe. The staff obviously has no Fair Housing training or education. When my relative moved out, a brand new maintenance guy did walk thru without even documenting . At a later time, supposedly Another staff member walked it without the Residents. They are required at move in to tell you the life of the carpet and paint.

Montiavo Apartments have been such an incredible experience in many ways. We have enjoyed living here the our own personal living space is wonderful. But in every magical story there has to be something bad. Unfortunately Montiavo Apartment surroundings has the worse Vandalism cases, my sisters car was stolen, my husbands tools keep getting stolen from his truck over and over. My cars tags were stolen, our cars have been picked up from street. It is disappointing to live comfortable when management does nothing to help. Apartment lacks security. So far so good! We were originally helped by a representative that did her best & was pleasant, but could use a bit more training; fortunately Daisy rescued the experience on our key pick-up day! Daisy was both knowledgeable about the property, friendly, patient, kind & helpful making the walk-through a stress-free breeze! The property is gorgeous, individual apartments are nice & attractive with minor aesthetic drawbacks (counter tops & cabinets could use an update). I would say the only major drawback is the lack of a private yard/patio/balcony in our unit, but the nice, safe, fresh feel & look

WOW! When I moved to this property from Henderson, Nevada I knew I found a Gem along the central California Coast. This Thanksgiving I had the privilege of my neighbors and the Montiavo Welcome Center staff looking out for my well being. They both let me know that I left my garage door open after I had left town to visit my family for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I have Never written a review but this place really left us sad. When we first moved in two years ago things were good. Then we got rats not once but twice! And we kept the apartment clean! The rats came in through the washer. And through the vacant house around us. Then all the appliances would stop working. The lights, the microwave, the sink and the stove all have stopped working at one point. But what really made the icing on the cake was the parking. Our cars got towed twice! When we first moved in You got this very small garage and there was parking spots all around. Then they changed the

Overall DO NOT RENT HERE. Would not recommend living there. For the same price you could rent an entire house and actually get your moneys worth. The community is nice but with what’s nice also comes with the bad. Someone is always making loud noises in the alley and the noise will wake you multiple times a week. Overall an easy place to move in but once it’s time to move out they will hit you with 700 dollars worth of fees. Good luck getting your deposit back.

Daisy Ferreyra and Alma made the leasing process incredibly seamless. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions I was unable to travel back to the states during my planned move-in date, but amidst it all these two made everything stress free. They’re flexibility with time and returning emails/calls/paperwork the same day was just superb, especially with the differences in time zones. Exceptional work and hospitality! I definitely recommend Montiavo to anyone looking.
