La vista is so expensive just for a room 1 ROOM!!! For 1000 something and then they raise up the rent and they cut out the water and they charge for a visitor to visit , they charge for everything. Loud neighbors & no air gets in the the whole place it gets hot even when you turn on fans , bad family environment…SMH

Giving the community 5-stars as they couldn't help with the Virtual Tour scheduling issue through Trulia. Once I was able to get connected for my virtual tour, although a little later than planned, Johnny did an awesome job!

Me and my boyfriend were super stressed about finding a place, and the experience we had with Jeanette at La Vista Apartments laid all of that to rest. I first explained to her that I needed to apply and move-in to an apartment in a one day period, and she told me that was absolutely no problem, and she delivered! Other complex's did not give us that option, and it was clear that Jeanette went all out for us so we could get everything done that day. We both raved that day about how happy we were with our experience, we couldn't believe that she made this all possible for us with such short notice

Moved to La Vista 2 years ago and I've enjoyed my stay here. I was referred by a friend that also lives here and we have been very lucky to find this place.

Visitor parking gets full at night
Solicitors knocking on your door
Lots of kids
Overall, I recommend these apartments because they are well managed and they are nice and comfortable.
