Perhaps more Handicap parking locations around the complex. I am disabled and I've noticed quite a number of residents are as well, hence 55+ some of us are NOT as young as we once we were. We have acquired some illness or injury, both in my case, and are in need of closer parking to the building I occupy. I don't know if there is a strategy given to parking spaces but it would be helpful. Not to ask for too much preferential treatment, however, there are many residents who have Blue Handicap Placards, I myself have Permanent Handicap Parking License Plates. And I notice that some cars never leave

Communications with a surprisingly nonexistent office staff was a bit difficult until I physically walked over to the office and found the "office is closed during this time and unavailable through phone..." sign. Thankfully, I received prompt response from Eliza after submitting my move-out procedure concern to the email address listed on the sign. I really appreciate Sabrina going out of her way to meet me to inspect the apartment and turn in the keys (etc) and for verifying that the necessary paperwork was done to receive the refund of our security deposit. They don't do anything about upstairs neighbor. We called numerous times since we have been here 2 years. They have a small grandchild that constantly runs and jump on the floor sounds like the roof is going to fall in. Rattles the ceiling vents. Never would I recommend them definitely not for senior living. It is turning into a family living apartments.👎👎👎👎

Apartments are fine. Cheryl in office is very nice. My problem is I moved my very handicapped 85 year old grandma in and we were assigned a parking spot which my family and I use to pick her up and drop her off and bring her groceries clean etc. a few months later THEY GAVE HER SPOT AWAY. She can barely walk how am I supposed to get her places? She wrote a letter and they said they are allowed to do that if she doesn't own a car. Well how's she supposed to get in mine when there is ABSOLUTELY no guest parking spots... walk a mile to outside the complex where I am allowed to park? Who

I moved in two and a half weeks ago. I have a studio apartment, third floor and I love it. The management goes out of its way to encourage residents to get to know each other. Because it’s brand new it’s so clean and pristine - love it! The landscaping is very nice, lots of maintenance staff, and I love the way you use a debit type card for the laundry room instead of having to have change in your pocket. And they welcome pets! No place is perfect, and I come from living most of my life in Southern California, and a little bit of time in New York, so the prices are very fair as far as I’m

I have lived here a month and I recommend it highly. It is so new and clean with well thought out amenities and landscaping. I find the price quite appealing considering this is central coast living and housing costs can be daunting. These are small units but it fit my desire for a simple but pleasant home life with more freedom to enjoy the sights and activities so conveniently close to this location. Allowing dogs is a big plus and residents have some beautiful well groomed animals that belong in a show. I still work, but as the units fill with retirees and 55+ professionals I think it will

I moved to Villa del Sol in Santa Maria a couple of weeks ago. I've live 90% of my life in SoCal. I was looking for an affordable studio or 1-bedroom apartment. Only 2 locations came up that took pets, and the other one my friend told me I didn't want to live there. So, I visited Villa del Sol and was shown this cute studio on the 3rd floor with 4 windows, that also opened, that left the room so bright and sunny - it was love at first sight.
So after the deposit, I waited. I must have sent...30? emails asking questions before I moved in and the staff were always very patient and professional

I tour the half finished 1&2 bdrm Apts today 03/06/2018 with Eliza, I was deeply concerned with the poor quality material, sound proofing, tiny, high cost, for seniors. Don't bother unless you like living in substandard housing in the middle of farmland. Santa Maria is in the middle of a housing boom and what about the water situation & drought?
