I've lived here for about four months now and I really love it. The grounds are well maintained, and the apartments are really nice. I never hear any noise from neighbors and I have everything I need here. The people that work here are so nice and really responsive when you have a question or need assistance with anything.

Rude and unprofessional management. Especially the overweight lady with blonde hair. The lady seemed very on edge and was very disrespectful. You would think a grown adult and assistant manager would have the decency to show guest some respect by the slightest, but that wasn’t the case with this lady. Nothing but negative things to say about this lady in specific so I will leave it at that. Just unfortunate that some adults lack respect and maturity considering those are traits we preach for our children. Lady displayed some real fatherless behavior today.

The managers are unprofessional! One of the managers who refused to identify herself was plain rude. I was hoping to apply at these apartments but the management think too highly of themselves. I was visiting my relative and was in the pool and was threatened to get the police called on me for not having an apartment owner present. I apologized and then she went on that we had 3 minutes to get out. The way she treated us was unprofessional and humiliating. I would not recommend living here, my relative got a warning for this incident.

I had been calling all the apartment communities in Santa Maria and when I called Siena Apartments Rosa answered the phone. She did not hesitate to answer all the questions I had. She even emailed me a map and information about the floor plan that I wanted. She really made me feel like this community is the right fit for me. There seems to be an apartment shortage in Santa Maria but when Siena has apartments available I’ll be sure to apply!

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to live at Siena for just over two years now. The complex itself is relatively safe and secure, and the grounds and facilities are are always clean and well maintained. Nick who works at the front is super mellow and friendly too. Our favorite part about Siena are the two girls who work in the front office, Rosa and Celina. Ever since initially beginning the application process they have been nothing but kind, courteous, inviting, knowledgeable and dutiful.
