You will love it here. The A/C doesn't work, water coming out of the floors and the floor is coming up. Rain comes under the patio door and water pouring from the bathroom ceiling. Why Yes I have called emergency maintenance. But I have not had the honor of hearing back from them 5 hours after the ac/bathroom leak...

This property is the worst ever! We moved in with great expectations only to be disappointed. The leasing agent Paulette is very rude & dishonest. The management sucks. Maintenance requests are not handled in a timely manner. My bathtub faucet was not working properly and would not turn off. Water ran in the bathroom at full capacity for nine days straight. They have a extremely bad mold problem. The units are also infested with roaches & wood rats. The units arent even equipped with electrical sockets in bathrooms, closets donts have lights, water is brown & will stop working at any given moment

Such a horrible living environment. A person was shot in the laundromats near my apartment and we heard the shots, but didn't know exactly where they had come from. No one was warned as to where it had taken place, but we had found out from a neighbor who had went to do her laundry. Fighting breaks out almost every week there, there is no security as promised, and the woman in charge got rid of one of the better employees that would complete a job quickly and efficiently.This happened about 2 months ago and now they're trying to sue us for leaving without giving the necessary forms and paying 2
