We have lived in the apartment home for 90 days and are very satisfied. The unit accommodations are fine, the maintenance assistance has been very good, and the office support exceptional. Ms. Akira Perkins provides exceptional service. During the process of getting my aunt moved in, Ms. Perkins was very attentive and explained everything in detailed. The quality of service was top shelf! Even when she greeted the other tents the quality was consistent.

I offucially moved into Hickory Manor Sept. 2020. I have never felt more at home than I do here. From the application process until now as a tenant, interaction with Ms Akira in the office has been a joy. She makes you feel very welcome and that any issue that is important to you is just as important to her. Thank you Ms Akira. Now I can't close this review without giving my appreciation to the maintenance staff. They are just as attentive when they are come to service a mantenance request. They are thorough and very professional. What can I say.I'm in love with my home!
