We are open for in-studio classes! In addtion, we are still running online classes through Zoom, and are open for private and small group sessions, both in-person and online. Services
Solaluna Yoga is one of the largest and longest operating studios in Northeast Ohio, providing a supportive environment for people who desire to integrate healthy and holistic practices into their lives. Our biggest inspiration arises from creating and offering a space where people can find greater wellbeing.
To varying degrees, you feel unsettled and pulled different directions by the demands of life. There's rarely enough time to do everything you have to do. The personal demands on your own time are further amplified by the turmoil happening in the larger world. You feel scattered inside, and you wish it all held together better.
This is an experienced class with Eric that is appropriate for people who are comfortable with greater physical intensity in asana practice, and are also able to manage longer cycles of inhalation, exhalation, and pause within the breath. Class is held on Zoom.

This is an intermediate class with Eric that is appropriate for people who are comfortable with greater physical intensity in asana practice, and are also able to manage longer cycles of inhalation, exhalation, and pause within the breath.This is an intermediate class with Eric that is suitable for people who are familiar with wide footed standing poses, and are comfortable with bearing weight on the arms and wrists in plank poses.
We offer a range of programs, above and beyond our regularly scheduled weekly classes, including special workshops, online courses focused on specific themes, intensives, and teacher trainings.
