Love this peaceful & serene Campground in the middle of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We spent 6 weeks here enjoying the location & ambiance. Conveniently located to an Ingles, Walmart, Dollar General, gas station and Lineville Falls Winery. Good wifi allowed for Amazon orders to be placed and delivered directly to the camp office! Great hiking trails abound. We can honestly say it is very well run, clean, beautifully maintained & never ran out of firewood! The staff/owners are very nice & professional. Thank you Suzanne, Jared, Mike & Kimberly! Can’t wait to see you all again!

This is on my "want to go" list. This campground is so mesmerizing with it's beautiful landscaping and huge manicured sites. It's nestled in a valley where you see the mountain peaks in the distance. The Toe River runs along this spectacular campground and there are several sites that sit along the sparling River. Their is onsite tubing rentals. Full hook up sites. No tent camping. Pet friendly.

We just returned home after 5 days spent at Mountain River. What a wonderful experience! The park is beautifully landscaped- loved all the plants and flowers, especially the red hot poker scattered throughout the area. Everything appeared to be well-maintained, the sites are spacious (we especially enjoyed our site on the river), and everyone we encountered was friendly. We really relaxed in the sights and sounds of the Toe River. There are many options for entertainment such as corn hole games, a small dog park, tubes for floating on the river, and wonderful hammocks for lounging and enjoying

We stayed at this gorgeous campground for 3 nights. The campground itself is immaculately maintained, the campsites themselves are level and nearly all have concrete pads. All of the facilities are clean and well maintained. The owners and employees are more than friendly and make you feel right at home. We will definitely be returning to this campground in the very near future. Cannot rate it high enough.. Thank you to the owners and employees for being so nice and attentive.
