They use the same psychologist(?) for personality disorder testing, and ADHD testing, and this man took 4 months to say my ADHD test results were inconclusive, and 6 months later I'm still waiting for the other results to be entered.

My old therapist retired and referred me to this place. I was really anxious because the google rating wasn't great, but gave it a chance and glad I did. I've gotten a lot out of both individual and couples counseling. Its not always easy or fun but if you are patient and put the effort in, they can and will help! Just started getting meds here from a NP too and so far so good.
Also I just realized its mostly the same angry bitter people posting multiple bad reviews over and over...like maybe its not them and you are the problem???? LOL! I learned in therapy "therapy only works, if you do" so

Was having a billing issue and was told that no one but the nurse practitioner that I was seeing could explain the charges. The receptionist then stated she would get the office manager to explain it to me but she came back stating she did not know what to say but no one could come and explain it. I waited the next night for my appointment but was not called. I called the office the next morning and the office manager told me she cancelled my appointment because of the small balance I had. She is very rude and will not let you get 2 words in when I asked to speak with Florence Kimbo I was told

A wonderful practice that offers great support and services!! Phones are always busy (its also a pandemic so somewhat understandable), but they always get back to my messages, even if it takes a day or two. Its a private practice, not a crisis center, so you get what you put in!

Went to this office 5+ years.
Miss my Sandra.
Staff change led me to Saissey Kendig (new Prescriber) who abruptly changed meds in a 4 day period without reviewing my chart prior to appointment. Literally had a physical and mental breakdown.
In process of filing complaint against business and the new NP.
Please do not risk your physical & mental well being by coming here.
The big staff change and surprise resignations are questionable.

I just recently just found this place in January. I got in right away and was given a great doctor. I liked him and saw him twice before Corona virus. We were able to do the last appt on Skype. We made an appointment for July 6th and it was cancelled just days before. I have yet to have them call me back or even call in my prescription. So here I sit unmedicated and now I have to find a new doctor and go through the entire process all over again. Sigh

I've had a wonderful experience with this practice and feel more comfortable here than I have at any other mental health agency! I was referred by a friend and have continued referring other family/friends because of how much they have helped me!!! (Don't let the reviews of a few angry people that were upset or didn't get their way convince you otherwise- these guys are great!)

I have been going to this office for over a year , I always paid for my visits upfront but this last time was billed for therapy I NEVER received. Plan to wait at least an hour before even being seen by the nurse practitioner Tony Shumway, who is very arrogant but doesn’t have a clue on how to really help people with mental health. This office is horrible and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy . I will not be going back.

I would not recommend this therapy office for adult or child. I took my child there and new when walking in when the front desk receptionist new i walked in and she sat behind her closed window for 10 min before greeting me. The second time i walked in and she.closed the window as i was walking up. They are very robot like. No personality or not comfortable. I get that it is a buisness but that is all it is . It is not a place that truely seems like they care to help people.. I did have to cancel 2 apts less than 4 hrs before my apt and i could not help that ..i was running late for one and asked

I've been seeing a therapist in this office since before it moved to its current location. I also see the nurse practitioner for any medication concerns or refills. BOTH are professional, caring and understanding.
I love that I get a call the day before to remind me of my appointment. I love the feel of the office that has terrific, upbeat wall decor.
