The worst. After 8 months or so of appointments, they still hadn't actually done anything for me. After that same time, they finally decided to tell me my insurance wasn't covering it, despite having specifically told me after my first appointment that my insurance *did* cover it.
("We thought you were on Aetna, not Aetna Medicaid" they said. Well you had a copy of my insurance card the whole time, didn't you?!)
Now they're trying to collect *double* the cost of the appointments because each appointment has an additional "denied by insurance" fee equal
