Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. is a full-service jewelry maker & bricks-and-mortar independent retailer. We are a Guild Jeweler of the American Gem Society (AGS) with an AGS Registered Jeweler and Master Appraisers on staff. We custom design, make and repair jewelry in-house. We have an in-house GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Graduate Gemologist who appraises.

Feel free to skip this place. It was filled with young kids more interested in chatting among themselves rather than helping customers. The one person who helped me was dressed very professionally for sure, but gave the aura she could care less and hated her job. Try smiling.
In any case I took an earring to get repaired. This person looked through some book and opined the repair was $85 and it would take three (3) months. The item was worth maybe $50 although it had tremendous sentimental value. Interestingly enough I went to another jeweler in El Dorado Hills who performed the repair for less

Would not recommend coming here if you are trying to sell a ring. I understand resale on rings is poor and appraisals are higher for insurance reasons, but the clerk gave a wildly low value without actually examining the ring and was overall quite rude. They offered a price that came in thousands below MULTIPLE other jewelers cash offers and valued the ring MUCH less than any other jeweler. Very shady and suspicious when they are the one jeweler saying that. Pass.

I had Andrea custom design a ruby ring as the existing setting didn't showcase the beauty of the stone. She created a stunning setting where the ruby stone really shows the fire and color. She further enhanced it with a diamond halo around the ruby which really makes the stone look large. I am thrilled with my ring. She showed me a video of her design so I could see what it would look like along with a wax mold for my review. Her prices are fair and the quality can't be beat. She has an incredible inventory and has trunk sales - I'm so glad I found her!

For our 10 year wedding anniversary, we had my wife’s wedding ring reset and let Andrea, the owner, take over creative liberties. We were so happy with her work! The quality is superb and we haven’t lost any of the micro pave after 3 years! Our last jeweler had work that was routinely losing pave. She is incredibly fairly priced for this superb quality. Now I just say how much I want to spend on my wife and I know they will hunt for the the highest quality stones at the best prices. Highly recommend.

Andrea is incredibly talented, and has high quality, unique pieces at very reasonable prices. It's a warm, inviting atmosphere with something for everyone. I brought my Wife into the store to look at updating here wedding ring. After 30 years, the original ring was quite worn.
We picked out a new ring and Andrea took the original stone from my Wife's ring and set it in the new ring. It looks amazing. She gets compliments all the time.
Andrea took a lot of time working with us on this update. We could not be happier. It's great to have someone who will spend the time to make sure you get exactly what you want.

My partner and I walked in to a beautiful store with lovely jewelry but were disappointed in the terrible customer service we received. We were both spoken to like we were children making the whole encounter uncomfortable. We did mention that we were simply browsing and the store was entirely empty meaning that the Sales Rep Andrea (maybe she was the owner) had the time to deal with us in a more professional and attentive manner. It's sad because she has great merchandise but we will certainly not be going back because of the poor service and lack of professionalism.

I smashed my finger last night and it completely bent my ring Tiffany and Co would take over a month to fix and have it returned. I called Talisman because they are right across the street from my house and she told me to bring it in right away so she could have it fixed before we leave for Hawaii. Andrea took a look at my ring and fixed it on the spot. Then she cleaned it for me and did not charge me. She was so professional and kind and she made my whole week!! We are definitely going there again

After learning that Randolph's was closing, I was hesitant in my search to find a reputable jeweler I could trust to redesign a set of inherited wedding rings for my fiance. I was referred to Talisman by a family friend and, though the weather was nasty, I was greeted warmly by Andrea. She was attentive in listening to my requests and concerns and more than willing to share information and offer recommendations in the design process. Yeah you kept harassing me over the negative yelp review which you deserved. You're a little late as well around 7 months. I never asked for my repair for free I said I would pay, but you insisted, as well when I asked for a gold clasp I said I would pay for it but you insisted for silver. I came back within a day asking for my chain back as I realized you're too foolish to actually repair something, which you said no can do and I had to wait for the repair. The chain was 10k gold and after you sauntered it and I got it back, it became tarnished from the silver melted on it. Don&apos
