Update: my god is this place awful condescending office staff, they fake fixing things for their ticketing system then forgets about it just awful
DO NOT RENT HERE
also there are many clearly fake reviews on here, office has not changed in the last few months it is NOT better by any means
One month in and I’m kicking myself not believing the reviews “it can’t be that bad” I told myself

Office staff are extremely condescending and unhelpful, cars get towed from our own parking lot because of expired

This place raises rent by a whole lot they gentrified the area kicked out alot of residents of color it isn't friendly if you arnt white and I've noticed after living here a year
They also take a long time to fix stuff and they have alot of social controls in their contracts if you don't behave a certain way they can send you a lease violation and kick you out because you didn't comply with behavior protocols
Don't live here tell your friends not to live here you will regret it and they will bleed you of your money. They were especially greedy during the pandemic I watched as like half the Hispanic

Upon walking in looking for an apt. I was greeted not only by the leasing agent but the property manager, she overheard me asking about the negative reviews. The entire very nice knowledgeable staff answered all of my questions and gave me some great pointers while looking. Dont pay attention to the negative reviews this property has a entire new staff that really does care just look at past pictures compared to now.

When we first moved into this place our stove didn’t work. There was corrosion on the water heater and our kitchen was falling apart. Our dryer still doesn’t work and we have lived here for a year now. The maintenance team was very patient with us and followed up with most of the request however their hands were tied when it came to the dryer. There were also several car break ins and there are no cameras surveying your car so red Hawk ranch does not help with that at all.

Not sure why so many people are posting negative reviews. I lived here for almost 4 months now and honestly love everything about this apartment complex. I haven't used pool and gym yet, it's been closed due to covid restrictions, but it looks great! The leasing agents are very professional and polite. Paris is the best, she survived the polar vortex/short staff crisis like a pro!
They also do all sorts of events for tenants, such as food trucks, game nights and movie nights. Maintenance been pretty fast so far as well, but I also had only two requests. This place is quiet and located very close

So the beginning started out rocky... that leasing agent is no longer here... things have been decent here for a while... but it’s really upsetting to see we’re in the middle of a blizzard and the complex hasn’t had anyone come out to plow the property.... residents cars stuck in the middle of the drive ways and some even blocking entire parking lots. Unfortunately my job requires I work, even in conditions like this. I’m sure I’m not the only one... so now we have people’s cars blocked in, driveways so high with snow residents can’t get home or park properly. It’s different if
