I am a happy new resident at Avana Station. It sounds like the previous management company wasn't doing a great job, but so far that has not been my experience. Nicole Derwent was our leasing agent and made everything incredibly smooth. Response time back from staff regarding some maintenance issues upon move in were responded to, and addressed in a reasonable time frame. Overall a great place to live!

My fiancé and I were dealing with a very hard and difficult situation. Bobby and Nicole were our leasing agents and helped us not only get through the situation but helped us get into a better situation. They were nice, understanding, and helpful. A leasing office that stands behind its residents!

The building 10 lights are out. This is an extremely unsafe condition. There are no safety lights on around the building and the street lights are still out. I called the front office last month to get the street lights fix after my wife’s car was broken into and still nothing was fixed after I was told it would be addressed. Now it’s gotten worse with the floodlight out there is no lighting near or aroud the building for security and safety. I do not feel safe in my own Building (building ten) not to mention now how dangerouse it is out side.

Avana Thornton Station is a GREAT place to live!!! Starting our 5th year here!! The Office Staff has always been So Helpful to our family... If we have an issue it is fixed in a reasonable time frame!! TheApts have all been repainted on the outside,the parking lot has been redone...it looks great!!Our main concern is the Office Employees!! My family has Always been treated Wonderful by the Office Staff,very kind,helpful,and understanding!! Gotta Love Avana Thornton Station!!!

The apartments are great for what you pay for but the customer service from the people in the office is ridiculous. They are rude and just don’t know good old fashion customer service. I say unfortunately due to the respect they give o don’t recommend moving here. They will be you good friend to get you to sign a lease but anything after that they are just rude!

Lovely place to live, and a wonderful community. I would have definitely stayed longer, if I could!
Due to some roommate troubles, I had to cut my lease short. Luckily, Lisa was always there to to patiently answer my questions, and she always responded to my inquiries within a timely manner-- providing me with multiple solutions to my problems. I am very grateful for all of her help!
