My experience moving into Hawthorne Hill was great right from the start. When my girlfriend and I contacted the leasing office asking if there were any available units, we received a warm and welcoming response very quickly. The application process as smooth and inviting, and we were so excited to move into our new apartment. Cassie helped us immensely throughout the application process, providing quick responses and information about our move. This place is a very nice community, BUT the office women are just something else. Unless you want to be harassed about rent being PAID when it is NOT late move in this place. The office staff is unprofessional salty women who don't great you with a smile. They hate their jobs as much as a McDonalds worker. On top of having very nosy neighbors I have complained a good 6 times on the noise, and nothing is ever done. Can wait to be done with my lease to move to a better community.

Move In process was smooth and quick. Staff was very helpful!
Edit: Just wanted to update after living here for a little over 2 months. We love it here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We rarely hear any noise from our neighbors even being on a first floor unit. Our experience continues to be wonderful!

I would not rent from this complex at all their maintenance is awful. We were there for 3 months. From day 1 we had problems with something going on in our apartment. We told them about a water leak that was in our closet as well as the water that was coming in through our patio doors. We never received a call about this water issue. When the fire inspectors came to inspect our appt. (over a month after we reported the issue) I said something about the water leaks and when they would be fixed. That is when maintenance did something about it. They came in and tore up out closet we had to put all

I moved in here in April we have had some issues minor but the maintenance men and office staff are so on top of our issues and fix them right away it blows my mind compared to my last place. I am so happy here so far. I love the staff and the maintenance men. Very hard working and actually listen to your problems! Just wanted to give a shout out and let them know how good they're doing. And, one more thing I would like to add they ALWAYS are on top of keeping the property CLEAN and the lawn taken care of. So 100% for Hawthorne hill! Thank you guys!

The hawthorn hill apartments are SO NICE! when I saw the quality of construction, the high-end Samsung appliances and the view from the porch i knew this was the place for me! after moving in i have had nothing but FANTASTIC service from both the office and maintenance. if your reading reviews because you are unsure about living at the hawthorn hill let me ease your mind, you wont be disappointed.

I literally over pay for my rent every month and they still try and charge me all of these hidden fees. I’m definitely getting a lawyer involved. Do not rent here. There were men who just welcomed themselves into my apartment last week while i was barely dressed, i called and asked why i didn’t receive and email if there was going to be something they needed to be let in for and the lady didn’t have an answer. My rent is allegedly $1600 a month (without utilities) and I pay $1800, and they’re trying to charge me $904 and for what? The apartment has many things broken but somehow they never

Maintenance is the best. They are very friendly and speedy!
The leasing office staff is very communicative and so nice!!
This is a peaceful community, and that is so important to me because I have a little one. I live on the first floor and don’t hear anything from up stairs. Which is extraordinary because that was my one fear prior to moving in.
Everyone greets one another and offers a helping hand!
