About once every 3-4 months we lose air conditioning. This is the 5-6th time it’s gone out and the second time it’s taken multiple weeks to get back up. Right now me and my pregnant wife are going on 3 weeks with no AC. During the day it gets to almost 80 degrees, my wife can’t sleep, it’s miserable if we want to cook a meal because it raises the temperature in our apartment.
Complex doesn’t care about your problems. I’ve gotten more help from their maintenance manager than Anyone else. They’re more focused on your trash sitting outside the door for an afternoon while you wait to

It's a shame the office refuses to accept flowers for it's tenants. It's pretty standard for most luxury apartments to offer that.

Just like all the other low reviews. The parking is terrible. I get home late and over the past week I have been spending 20-30 minutes driving around looking for a spot & or waiting for someone to leave. People have been parking in the grass medium’s (which is impressive) and in all the voided out spots next to the dumpsters/handicap spots. The only solution is to spend more money on a reserved spot, however the availability for those spots is low. I felt bad for parking in a voided out spot but was told by the leasing office I should if nothing is available. I went to my car and had a lovely

This place is horrid and the customer service follows. I went in for my SCHEDULED tour and when I walked I didn't see anyone in the office until I looked over to my right and saw a lady sitting at an office. I got closer and noticed she was on her cell phone. She looked over my way but did not acknowledge me. This went on for 20 minutes until I got frustrated enough to walk out and drive around the property (gates were wide open and free for all to enter). But glad I did drive around because the property is fairly NEW??? But the appearance of it seemed more like it has been operating since 1999

I would give this place 0 stars if I could mainly because of the property manager that works on site. I moved in around December of 2020 and not once have I been able to get a hold of the property manager. I have no idea what goes on in the office when Andrea is there. If you want your concerns to be addressed as a resident or ''future resident'' I would recommend for you to stay as far away from this place as can be. Maybe if Andrea is placed at a different property this place can turn things around however the whole office needs to take another course in property management, customer service

Parking here is terrible. I drove 7 hours to visit a friend who lives in these apartments. You can’t find any parking after 5 pm. Even my friend had a terrible time being able to park in her complex. These are supposed to be luxury apartments, however here car was towed within the first month. Unfortunately one night all of the visitor parking was taken, and I called the after hour services. They told me I could park in a spot that was free as long as it wasn’t covered. I did so and came out in the morning to my truck having been towed. I called the office several times before getting in contact

My experience here has been great so far. April in the front office is amazing! I’ve had to had maintenance come for a small issue and they responded quickly and with lots of notice. Charlie in maintenance is fantastic too!

Beautiful property, well built and insulated units, nice walking paths, only drawback is the MISERABLE PARKING situations!
IF you do shift work and get home after 2-3pm you WILL have a MAJOR problem finding parking that’s FREE! This management team ONLY cares about charging people for parking spots and garages, it’s all about the money otherwise they’d give each apartment home a covered parking space!! One bedrooms start at $1,400+++ and should MOST DEFINITELY include a assignable parking spot! Just my two cents worth!
