I am a native of Southern California. I have run over 35+ years, 40 marathons and over 300 races since 1993. I am a Rescue Scuba Diver (PADI). I practice Bikram Yoga 5x a week. I keep my life in a very positive "cup full" attitude. Anything is possible, no one or anything will ever stand in the way of your dreams and goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, make a lifestyle change, get healthy, rehab an injury or train for a marathon, I will build a program to work for you. These individual programs can include endurance training, strength training, weight training, functional training, agility training, marathon training, Pilates and many others.
A personal trainer helps to minimize the risk of injury and guide the client to their goals while also incorporating a healthy lifestyle and opening new avenues for them to enjoy. There is a lot to be said about the accountability factor here. A good trainer is a good listener and a motivator. They are continually taking classes and going to seminars to advance their knowledge and keep up to date with new findings.
