I have been working out with Kyle for about 6 months and there aren't enough adjectives to describe how ecstatic I am with his style and expertise! He has helped me accomplish my goals in a manner that fits my style and I can honestly I now enjoy working out. I really love the virtual training app!

I decided to get a trainer after training on my own, because after I came down with Covid I was dealing with extreme fatigue. I couldn't bounce back on my own. A friend recommended Kyle to me. It's been the best decision! Kyle listened to me, and was so patient with me while giving me that push as well. Its been about a month now and I feel so much stronger, and am almost a 100% back to normal. I'm liking my muscle gain too! I couldn't be more grateful to him. He is a great trainer.

Kyle has an outstanding amount of knowledge about not only working out but stretching and dieting. I came to him asking about a few stretches and was blown away by his knowledge and decided to start his online training. My progress over the last 2 months has been amazing. I started at 227 and now I'm 213 and can't be happier.

Kyle is an excellent trainer! He is super passionate and motivated about his job and is extremely knowledgeable about workouts, nutrition, and any other questions you might have to ask. I have been working out with him for 4 months, and every workout is super fun and extremely rewarding. I have become very motivated about my workouts and have seen major improvements in my nutrition, health, and my muscle growth. Trust me, he is amazing! Give him a shot and I promise he will make all your doubts go away.

Kyle Cook is the most knowledgeable, supportive, passionate, and motivational fitness coach I have been training with Kyle for 7 years. He understands my needs and challenges me to push myself to the next level. When I started I was in shape... But didn't have balance. I focused alot on cardiovascular and basic strength training.
