I just moved into this apartment and its a very clean and peaceful community. The manager Ryan is so nice and helped me through the apartment tour, getting the apartment ready on time with all new appliances and move in. Maintenance team is great in fixing the issues immediately. As the apartment is old, i have faced few plumbing issues but it was fixed by maintenance team immediately. I appreciate Ryan and maintenance team for being so helpful and supportive.

I have lived here for almost a year. It has been awesome. The building is quiet and my neighbors are great. The management has been amazing and very professional. If I have any maintenance issues they are addressed within 24 hours. This is a great place to live in Burien.

I just moved in a few days ago and I have to say, the property manager was awesome. She was professional, timely, and helpful in her correspondence. I had a few things that needed fixing and the maintenance team was on it the next day and I didn’t have to wait. Awesome place to live if you’re looking in the Burien area!

I have lived at Cierra Commons for over a year now and am quite pleased. Our management team is responsive to any issues I report and they take pride in keeping our community clean! Moved in about 6 months ago and this has been a very quiet complex. The manager has always been so helpful and nice. Maintenance is great and very responsive to any issues. I love the amenities, especially the fireplace and being able to barbecue.

I do like living here, even with the many manager changes. However, Sharon and Bill were the best when they managed for some 20 years until they moved about 5 or 6 years ago. I've lived here about 8 years now with my daughter. I've never had any problems with whoever is managing, though; issues have always been addressed in a timely manner.

Wow I can't believe these horrible reviews but I haven't lived here in 13 years back then this place was top of the line i liked it so much that I went from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom and lived comfortable for many years the rent never even went up during my time there the people who managed back then was an older married couple and they took such good care of the place I wonder if there even alive still either way they were good people
