Honestly the apartments themselves, and the staff are actually very good. I’d say 4 or even 5 stars. They are nice units and the staff is always quick to respond and helpful. The reason these are two stars to me is because of the parking issues. Basically you have two spots available for you to use if you rent a two bedroom. One is reserved for you so it’s always available. The other is public for use by tenants only with a sticker. However, after 5 you’d have to spend at least an hour trolling the driveway to find a parking spot, it’s god awful. I’ve spent 1.5 hours in the past just

Noisy. The Hispanics that lives here are out of control and make unbearable noise from the kids screaming and shouting from morning until midnight to the adults. They have no sense of respect or care for quiet hours and other tenants that are just trying to Enjoy and have some peace to themselves. This is an everyday occurrence, and it is so frustrating. It's not just normal regular noise, it's excessive and out of control with no regards for other people.

My experience at Cambridge Square South was great. Very good management and maintenance team are awesome. They really did a good by responding very quickly.
The only thing that I would like them to find a solution is the parking. You will 1 parking space and visitors parking are full.

Robert was very nice and explained the process of how they’d remove my carpet that got soaked from a broken pipe. He was on time with his crew (early actually) and followed through with the plan that was set out. I appreciate them very much! Best Maintenance crew.

We have amazing crew of maintenance!! They have done such a great job with recent snow and every time Robert or Keith walk into your apartment they are respectful as it was their own. Nothing short of awesome!
