My family recently visited with my parents who have a unit in the building having been unable to see them face to face due to COVID-19 we all left feeling great. the property is safe and always clean and secure, the neighbors were friendly and the Manager of the property was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and addressed any questions my family had about the location in general. As a physician, I was impressed at the level of COVID-19 awareness and protections in place we found Vintage at Burien to be a wonderful friendly inviting community for senior citizens my parents have met many new friends and

I would give this place 3 stars moving toward four. The plus here is community manager Natasha Mazzei. She is bright, engaging, wants to take care of things, is perceptive about issues affecting residents and responsive in efforts to provide solutions. She started as Community Manager before the pandemic and was an immediate leap up from previous managers. The qualities that made her a big plus before the pandemic have been invaluable since it started.

Renters beware, the Vintage at Burien did not return my mother's security deposit even though all rent was paid. It's been over a year and we are going to start legal action to sue them to get her deposit back! FPI Management company located in California are unethical and greedy, at every opportunity they try to bleed the seniors for their money with high fees for services like electronic payments, short grace periods and charges for repairs. Warning don't rent any apartment FPI Management manages from this company ! :(
