I've living in Cambridge Park Villa for almost 2 years now. Good price for rent and nice apartments. I didn't experienced the issues other people commented here so far. I am yet to move out and see how much of my deposit I will get back. So I will update here when this happens.

My husband and I didnt end up going with this complex as we found something closer to where we wanted, but the women we spoke to were incredibly kind and patient. This move was pretty last minute, so I was very stressed and frantic, and I mixed up correspondence with another complex, and sent in my paperwork wrong a few times. Despite this, they will still kind and helpful, and the unit my husband visited was clean and had a nice layout.

Don't move to this property. A few things 1. You're not getting your full deposit back, it doesn't matter what you do. 2. The regional manager Inna sits in her plush back office, yet raises the rent every year, by at least $100.00. 3. You're going to get your car or unit broken into, especially if it's in a garage. 4. The pool and hot tub have been broken for literally years.

Renters beware. Ensure the property management follows their end of the lease agreement.

My security deposit was returned late, and a fee of $150 was wrongfully deducted from it. When initially inquiring via email about the arrival of my deposit, the manager told me it was being processed and I would not be receiving the full amount back. I asked why but she didn't respond. A week later, I receive my deposit and a "Basic Maid Service" charge of $150 was deducted. I contacted the manager who claims that it is a standard procedure/fee for professional cleaning upon move-out--however

I've lived here for nearly four years but would not make the same choice again. staying is just a matter of inertia but that is waning and they seem very keen on making sure they turn over units quickly.

within the past couple months i have been robbed and threatened on the property. management does nothing. people drive recklessly on the driveways with no consequence or meaningful effort to prevent them, despite all the kids and dogs in the complex. even little things, like their refusal to put an outdoor garbage can on the premises so people don't just drop trash everywhere as

I lived here three years and I would give this place 5 star if it wasn't for manager, Sarah. She either doesn't like her job or simply a terrible person. The rest of stuff are great and very friendly. She is very disrespectful to everyone and would tell you to move out if you dont like. Other that the place is great and quiet. Parking is an issue while on waiting list. I heard Sarah can be unfair on move out charges such as replacing dirty carpet. I am moving out in a month and very nervous. Hope they get rid of her soon.

I lived in Cambridge Park for a year and a half. Important things to note (and I wish I'd known!) is when you move out if you want your full deposit back you have to have the carpets professionally cleaned (you can't even rent a carpet cleaner and do it yourself) so you're essentially paying at least $100 to get $100 back so you don't really get your full deposit back if you live there. Also even though some appliances were a bit dirty when I moved in (and someone had forgotten to plug my range back in) when I reached out to the manager I was told I can clean it myself, when I moved out I was charged

Cute place, close to I-5, but horrible company. They increased my rent by $220 in a little over a year and a half when I had no complaints against me, and paid my bills early every single month. They couldn't give me a reason other than "its corporate". The fire alarms are right outside the bathroom, and over the oven, so it's difficult to cook or even shower without setting off the alarms. I've had to evacuate the building from other tenants fire alarms 3 times in the last 6 months, and have set my own off just from the steam from showering... They price more than the

Looking for an apartment? Look no further! This community is extremely beautiful and well kept, but that is not what makes us choose this apartment complex over others, year after year. It's the staff and their phenomenal customer service. This is your home - so you want to make sure you have people who truly care about you/your family/safety/home. This team genuinely cares and are so nice. They respond to all of our requests quickly and in an understanding manner whenever something needs to be fixed in the apartment, Sara and Angela and Margarita are always friendly and they take their

If you're looking for a place to live this should be in one of your options.
Whenever I am asked about my place I always mention how happy I am with it because it has amenities I did not have at my first apartment such as lights in the bedroom, a washer/dryer, & let's not forget the storage room which is such a bonus because it allows you to put stuff you don't want inside your place there.
There are a lot of places nearby such as Fred Meyer's, Walmart, & Target @ the Renton Landing.

Now let's talk about the best apartment manager you can have & will have

I've lived in a lot of places and this by far ranks in the top 5 apartment complexes. Here's why:

1. The staff is helpful and pleasant. They are flexible on office hours, provide stellar customer service, and stay on top of addressing the needs and concerns of residents. Willy, site maintenance man, is always willing to help. Sarah, Angela, and Maggie are also always so helpful and patient.

2. This place is a steal. The quality of the apartment for the price is without a doubt the best combo you'll find across the entire Puget Sound area. util, parking, rent etc...all great prices

Love the office staff / maintenance since the first day I came in . They are always available when I need them . They are very accommodating. I haven't had any issues so far and I moved here back in February of last year . I love that my neighbors are not noisy. I don't see any sketchy people walking around. I feel safe in the community . It seems like they keep it clean and well kept. Any paperwork thats needed it also seems like the are right on top of it!

I have lived at Cambridge Park partments for 3 years. My experience has been great, The. location was great for me with public transportation, being able to walk out the gate right to the bus stop was the best. my neighbors were great very quite no complaints at all. Now of course I could hear people every now and then , but that's expected when living in an apartment. Never anything crazy. Management very awesome, Sarah in particular she has been great, always very helpful to me. Very much appreciated.I had a few issues with my apartment but the great thing was maintenance always responded right

BEWARE!

They will try to charge you an extra month at the end of the term by misinterpreting and disputing Washington State Law, RCW 59.18.220. Apartments know that it costs as much to hire an attorney to sort it out as it does to pay an extra month, and that few people will feel they can afford to dispute. I'll

It ultimately did require legal action, after which CPV did refund the deposit and did agree to drop removed the additional fees.

I've lived here for 2.5 years and I like living here. The pros are that the apts are very well laid out, high ceilings, lots of storage, energy efficient. The indoor pool is also great and they keep the grounds clean. The office staff ( minus GM who lives p/t on the property) is friendly and very helpful.
The cons: The place is poorly managed( general manager) throws out random decisions that are often not legal: i.e.,she attempted to tow me out of my own parking space ( thank goodness for my neighbor who alerted me) after your first year rent varies I began paying 1470 and two years later pay

I love living here! I live in the second floor of the pets allowed building and this is definitely my favorite place I've lived. My 1 bedroom apartment is spacious, comfortable and impressive with vaulted ceilings and a walk in closet. The staff is professional and timely. What I love most about living here is how safe I feel. There is a gate to get into the apartment complex and if you have a garage parking spot there is another gate to enter that area. Being able to just exit my car and walk up stairs to my unit is Sooooo nice! I've found the staff to be responsive and polite, especially

I've lived in this apartment complex for two years. If I were to do this yelp review a year ago I would have rated this place probably a 3 star.

Cons:
- they bumped up their rent to 300$ a 1 bedroom here will probably cost you about 1400$ now.

- the office manager (Melissa) is unprofessional. They always seem to be unavailable and they always seem to have an excuse for it. Today we had an appointment schedule at 11:00. And dropped by the office to make sure they'll be there at 11:10 and she said she would be on her way.... An hour and 20
Minutes goes by and she doesn't show up

We are on our 2nd year here and have loved living here until recently. Our rent will be bumped to almost 1700 when we are paying 1370 now. Which is why we are moving. Things keep breaking and parking is ridiculous unless you park in the garage, which we don't mind paying for. There are new people at the office and I am not a fan of their lack of help. It was a great place but now seems to be slowly deteriorating, which is sad. I do feel safe here still and for me it is a close location to work (15 min to sodo). They do seem to be the nicest apartments in the area though, everything else seems

I absolutely love living here. The added security of having 1 bdrms inside a hallway vs having the front door outside is fantastic. For being so close to downtown (literally about 10 minutes) and a newer complex, it's perfectly priced. As usual - you'll have weird neighbors and if you don't, YOU'RE the weird neighbor. Apartment living is a community and people annoy each other but this is by far the quietest complex I've ever lived in and hope to be here for a long time. Both resident-wise and neighborhood-wise. You're kind of off the main drag so yes, you probably

Complete Rip-Off

I moved to these apartments from out of state and did not realize what I was getting into, and how overpriced these really are.
The location is horrible, poor neighborhood, no sidewalks, nothing to walk to. The only view you get is of the MLK.
Though these apartments were built recently they are made out of the poorest quality materials.
The office staff are incompetent, condescending and unprofessional. Don't bother calling the office - no one will answer.
The Club House is a joke.
If you get a parking space other people will park in it.
The gas fireplace is the only

The units are spacious and have everything I was looking for in an apartment. There is a pool and a small gym. I really love the bay windows. The price is really awesome for the amount of space you get. There is hardly any guest parking, so all of my friends have to park on the street outside the fence. It's not a bad walk in, but we have never felt entirely safe having them park there.

We have had a few problems catching the office staff towards the beginning and end of office hours. They have two staff on the weekend, so aim to catch someone then.

I live in an interior entry unit, but

The reviews here seem like a classic schizoid jekyll and hyde. Nowhere is perfect, but I love living here at Cambridge.

I've lived at Cambridge Park 15 months now and love it; renewed my lease a few months ago and absolutely no regrets. The facilities are new, the club house has a superb indoor year round swimming pool and there's a sweet jacuzzi. Appliances are all brand new and the units have nat gas fireplaces which is a great bonus.

The parking spaces are plenty wide; I have a GMC Acadia, full size SUV and it fits easily; much, much wider than the spaces I negotiated when I was

I am a current resident at the Cambridge Park Villa and would NOT recommend this place to my friends.

1) Although newly built-- the walls are so damn thin. I can hear the family of 6 running upstairs and screaming their lungs off.

2) Parking is scarce -- you have to pay to park, and often time, someone is parking in your paid stall. There is 3 parking spots for visitors and everything else is employee or future resident parking. Obviously, this place does NOT promote family and friends visting.

3) The coded gate works HALF the time (so much for security at night).

4) Management is a hit or
