I hired Lowen Jones to handle my divorce that was just settled. He made the entire process very easy and was quick with response as well as had great solid advice. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep, he was extremely fair priced and I had 100% confidence that he would do his best to ensure I received a good out come. I had the pleasure of working with Lowen Jones he was very professional and financially flexible I wasn’t able to pay a lot of money during my case the other party in my case fled the state leaving me with our child full-time and paying child support I now have primary care of my child . I just want to say that I’m extremely grateful for all the hard work Lowen Jones placed on my child custody case. I felt that Lowen Jones definitely cared about the case and that’s difficult to find. I originally had Danny De Julio representing me on my case who now works at this law firm. BEWARE he is not a good lawyer at all and does nothing at all to help your family law case. He tried to offer me a parenting agreement that was terrible and see if I would go for it and basically said its the best option. Once I decided to get another lawyer to handle my case he turned over a file with no work at all done. Luckily I got him off of my case in time to not cause any permanent harm. Thank you to my new experienced lawyer who communicates with me and has my case going a much better direction.

If I could give less than one star I would. They had a call them the "We're going to nickel-and-dime you for every single thing" Law Firm. What should have been a straight up divorce settlement was dragged on unnecessarily for months on end because my lawyer couldn't get documents right the first time and then charged me for each minor revision. Not only that, I was continously charged for each bit of correspondance with oposing counsel whether or not whether or not it was necessary or if opposing counsel even answered. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere or

Sent me a confidential e-mail with another clients court orders and private information.
Sent me a bill for a "failed drug test 8-11" and I never drug tested or even spoke to them through August.
Never returns e-mails in a timely manner.
I ended up filing for myself so the judge would actually see the abuse and neglect.

I contacted RJ Peters & Associates regarding a civil suit against the Department of Economic Security. I provided all of the relevant information and then some to the receptionist. I told them I could provide all of the information, documentation, and evidence needed for the case. I was told someone would call me between 9 and 2 the next day. I said ok and then provided my personal information and some additional case information. I was put on hold and then told to call at 10 AM the next day to speak to Mr Peters himself. I assumed this meant they were interested in my case and the information

Amazing family practice!!!!
