We recently sold our home with Matthew Shelton from Greenwood King. We are so thankful for his assistance in listing our home and getting it sold in just days. Matthew is highly knowledgeable and helped us make a seamless transaction. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend using him for all your Houston real estate needs.

Unresponsive. After reaching out several times to get appt. to view rental property I heard back. I completed the rental application. Then I was asked to complete some information on a 3rd party website and pay application fee which I did. Now crickets. No approval no denial, no return phone call, no text, no email. No bueno!

As an investor I have worked with hundreds of agents. I was recently introduced to Jennifer Porchey. Because of her strong communication skills and organization, I knew right away that I wanted to work with her. She has helped me with my previous two purchases and is about to list two homes for me. She is a true professional and I look forward to working with her on future deals!

A house I was interested in came on the market and I immediately got notified. I text the listed agent, heard nothing, then called three times over a 7 hour period; still nothing. Called the actual agency, explained the situation and they put me through to another agent. I left a message. 24 hours goes by and nothing so I called the agency again. I’m notified that there are multiple offers on the property. In a market this hot you have to move fast but I’m shocked that the listing agent and agency hindered by ability to view and make an offer on the property.

BUYER BEWARE.
We had the most unprofessional experience in all our years of home buying and selling with this agency. We put in a full-price offer on a house that Greenwood King Properties (Heights) was listed as the agent for. For several days, we were strung along, made to believe that the sellers had accepted our offer and just needed the closing date pushed back a week; every time we asked for the paperwork back, there were just minor things being ironed out, and at the end, 'it was out for signatures'. Not even 2 hours after we were told the sellers were signing the paperwork, we were all

The agent misrepresented herself, demonstrated unprofessional conduct and did not communicate. Undignified with no conscience. We, too, were victims of Greenwood King agents illegally working together. In short this company allowed the agent to represent both the seller and the buyer. A complete sham. Our experience was similar to Roseanne B.'s comment on Oct. 3, 2013.
After the raw disappointment of the agent's turncoat performance we worked with another realtor where we were treated with respect and represented honestly.

Greenwood King uses some pretty shady and likely illegal tactics. I was told by one of their realtors that if I decided to go with my own realtor (not from Greenwood King), my offer on a Greenwood King house wouldn't win because "Greenwood King agents work with each other." This is completely illegal because as a listing agent, you are supposed to present all offers to the seller and work in the best interests of the seller. My realtor was so shocked the GWK agent said that to me. I felt threatened and pressured by GWK and their tactics. When I was first starting to look for

I used GreenwoodKing to help me sell my house but sold it on my own after I felt my agent was acting unprofessionally. She represented me for the purchase of my new home and was not helpful and cold. All the while GK made no attempts to resolve my problems with them. I would never use them and would never recommend them to anyone.
