For me, I couldn't ask for a more professional staff. I moved here from Vermont and staff was responsive to all my communications prior to arriving here. They have continued to demonstrate excellent customer service. Any time I communicate an issue they immediately took action. Even the facility maintenance and clean crew have always been friendly and go above and beyond. I have been impressed and enjoyed my time at Aspen Court.

Aspen court apartments staff was very friendly, kind and always had a smile on their faces. I lived there a year and did not have any problems. I enjoyed my daily walks with my dog and we made a lot of friends in the complex. The outside of the complex was well kept by the cleaning staff and they were always helpful.

There were bedbugs and rodent infestations the entire time we lived there. They did professionally treat every time we reported it. The problem continued because it had been a problem for the entire building long before we moved in June, 2015. We became aware of the infestations several months after moving in. Our neighbors verified their experiences there. We watched so many people move because of poor living conditions. My husband passed away October 25th, 2017. I moved out November 3, 2017 because the problem was so bad. I have many witnesses to the conditions that were on going.

Horrible management. Bed bugs no matter how many times you get treated. Drug dealers everywhere. They should be ashamed of having the crime free sign in front. Great place to live if your a felon or a gang member or don't mind bed bugs eating you and your kids. Trust your get fees for all kinds of things and you'll go 2 weeks on multiple occasions with no air conditioning.

STAY AWAY this place is infested with bugs they have a nasty problem with birds getting into the vents and they do NOTHING TO FIX IT ROSA THE MANAGER IS TOO LAZY TO FIX STUFF this place is a dump the maintenance guy does the best he can i give him credit but THE MANAGER ROSA IS AWFUL. This place is a total joke spend a few bucks more and go someplace nicer
