I would give 1,000 stars if I could. DeLois (hope I spelt that right) was an angel that I needed in the time of need. She helped me without blinking an eye and gave me a chance. Not a lot of people do that anymore. She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of even after move in. Thank you so much!

I wanted to take the time and say how much I appreciate the staff here , I believe Delios is the manager very sweet young lady helped my family not only get assistance with move in but walked us through the apartment with us to make sure everything was good . The maintenance changes but other than that. Overall decent place to live .

Delois Jackson is an amazing manager and her staff is amazing as well. I don't even like living in apartments and the typical staff make it even worse. I wish all management was like this. It makes it much more comfortable knowing you have real people working with you. Thank you so much for all that you and your team do!! It is very much appreciated!!! 😊

Don't Live on the bottom floor! We had a toddler above us who was allowed to run around from 6 am to 10 PM some days. The construction of this place is really poor so it sounded like we lived under a bowling ally. In fact, when the folks above us rolled over on their bed late at night we could hear the bed creak from below. Oh, they had a Chihuahua...enough said. Place looks nice but they only do repairs that are cheap and easy. Never did get that second toilet to stop overflowing when there was more than liquid in it so just kept a borrowed plunger nearby and used that other bathroom.They have

Do not move in here! Poorly managed and maintained. Upon move in they did not have repairs finished and came back multiple days to paint. Also lived with a gap where the microwave was supposed to be and was not installed until a week after move in. Loud, drunken neighbors are out all night as well as neighbors who argue multiple nights a week that shakes the walls. The final straw was the bed bug infestation they have and do not adequately treat. Within the first 2 weeks of moving in my family experienced numerous bites and witnessed bugs moving about. After multiple "treatments" we left.

Unfortunately have a year lease here and it was just a terrible year so far. The water leaks from the roof and I complained about it and they told me to call an emergency number and our neighbors are the worst. They write threatening notes to our guests that park in their parking spot since there's not a lot of visiting parking up front. Also the door has holes when bugs crawl through in. The neighbors are loud and you can hear everything.
