I lived here in 2006 to 2007. It was a nice place but this place is haunted! Trust me when I say this apartment complex has some sort of negative entities that haunt this entire complex. I lived in the top apartment facing little Caesars and what I experienced there haunts me to this day. Then I moved out. Having no choice and dumb I moved back but to another building and yes it still was haunting. The things I’ve seen and experienced is no lie. I recommend not living here if you have children.

This is a nice place. I never been a resident but many friends have lived here. They have upgraded the place by making it a gated community. When hit with a tornado they remolded the place. They have nice play grounds for the kids a nice swimming pool, we loved it during the summer time. Even BBQ areas.

My son lived here from August 2018 through October 2019. During this time, he experienced nothing but courteous, timely service and a pleasant stay. He was going through a difficult period in his life, but was able to live in an adequate studio apartment that fitted his needs. The floor plan of said studio is amazing. The apartment was a bit outdated, but still met his expectations. The pool, open year-round, was definitely a plus. My son and I would definitely recommend Courtyard apartment for affordable and comfortable housing needs
