Just about any other apartment complex these days, Placing rocks throughout the property to make it look like a better community so they can raise the rent prices. For what you pay here the community should have a on site fitness gym, on-site package 📦 machine outside the leasing office so Amazon or UPS or the postal office can safely leave it in there and you can retrieve your package after hours. The office personal keeps accepting packages from Amazon and UPS and I work well after the leasing office closes and have to wait till the morning to retrieve my packages and Amazon never gets on

Don't rent at this property my ac was broken since the day I moved in and they would come out and so a temporary fix and it would be broken 2 days later and this was in the middle of summer time my apartment got to 98 degrees. After emails and calls every other day and saying I need to move to a different unit or my lease needs to be broken they just put a ac unit in my apartment which only hit the front room. I decided to leave the apartment and they didn't even take me to court she said we will put it as a abandonment and that will be all. I got a call a few days ago from a collection agency

I used to love this place! It was great. Until my A.C. unit died on us 4 times last year. Instead of just replacing the really old unit the maintenance guy admitted we had, they just replaced the part that broke all 4 times. I'm dreading summer again here as I'm 100% positive my A.C. will die again and it will be the same as last year where they just replace the part and not the unit. And they offer a temporary window unit if it will take several days to fix. But the window unit eats up electricity so your next bill will be outrageous. We called the emergency line but unless it's like 92°s + then

The staff was friendly and mostly on top of things the grounds were nice and the pools were always clean. The apartment had good size rooms but the living room was very small don't live down stairs because you hear everything going on. . Other then that I liked living there. Yes the water was shut off a few times but they compensated you for the inconvenience. The morning doves are a total nucinse. But not the apartments fault.

I moved in Oct and first of all DO NOT be fooled by the model apartment they let you view. Your unit will definitely not have the mirror closet doors. If anything your restroom mirror will be covered in specks of paint and the back of the mirror peeling. I had seen reviews about water being shut off with no notice. I went to confront the office about it when I first seen it and asked if I was going to have a problem with that issue. I was assured I wasn't but today I went to shower my son and there's NO damn water. Went to the office and they had the nerve to say they posted notices on everyone

Quail Gardens has been the perfect apartment for me. The ambiance of the community and the hospitable staff makes living at Quail Gardens even more enjoyable. I had an issue with my closet door it was reported and dealt with in less than a week. The pools are cleaned each morning and the grounds are well maintained. I am glad I chose this apartment. Had it not being for a job opportunity I know I would definitely be making Quail Gardens my home for another year. I am glad I had ignored the negative reviews.

Let me start out by saying, If you are thinking of moving into this apartment complex, PLEASE think twice!
For the third time this month my water is shut off do to pipes breaking. If this review can save one person or family from moving in Quail Gardens Apartments, I'll be grateful. This is a warning to anyone thinking about moving into this complex... DO NOT DO IT! Unless you are okay with your water being shut of weekly. You don't realize how much of a true inconvenience it is when it happens weekly. It's a complete joke! I feel so horrible for those that have no water to get ready to head out
