Neighbors are rude, loud and inconsiderate of others! While the grounds are swept and cleaned daily the plants and trees are allowed to die a slow death from a lack of water! The apartment I rented wasn't cleaned before I moved in. The plumbing and appliances need constant repairs/maintenance! Which only happens AFTER something breaks down! I would NOT recommend moving here. The rent goes up every year and the service isn't worth the extra cost! If I could afford to move out I would in a heart beat!

I moved in the complex back in December and honestly am beginning to regret this decision. I was told I would not have any utility bills come in till about 2 months, I recevied the first in March and was charged $85.00 now I have gotten a $212.00 bill for this coming month. I was never informed my utilities would be allocated with other tenants and was also told the highest my bill would be would actually be at is $100.00 MAX. With being home mostly at night and not using the lights or even appliances this bill makes no sense and I do not see why I am paying for tenats that keep lights on 24/7

**HONEST REVIEW** **DO NOT MOVE HERE** **6 MONTHS NO MAINTENANCE** **HORRIBLE MGMT.**
If zero stars was an option, I'd be choosing that. I am writing this review as what I would've wanted to read before I moved in and was stuck here. This place is nothing short of horrendous when it comes to customer service, as well as the condition of the apartments. There has been no maintenance team on the property for over 6 months. Since my short time living here, I have seen them go through THREE maintenance teams. We spent money & time fixing everything ourselves. The conditions of the apartments is disgusting

Hi! I have being living here for a year, I moved in August 2016 and I live in the south part of the complex, at the beginning was very nice and clean, but they changed owners and everything started to change for worst. First the areas started to look dirty all around, the gym is a mess all dirty and most of the equipment is not working, the pool in this part of the complex is always closed due to lack of maintenance you can see dirt in the bottom and algae growing in the water. My family and I are looking for other place to move in, I didn't renew the contract and that increased the rent for $100

The apartment management placed us in an apartment THEY KNEW had serious roofing/water leak issues, but placed us there anyway. So, when the monsoon rains came, water poured through the ceiling and walls. We attempted to call the emergency number, and the management DID NOT RESPOND for TWO DAYS. The management refuses to do any mold abatement nor move us to another unit. The UNIT IS UNSAFE, but the management refuses to do anything about it. DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU! Rent somewhere else!!!!
