What a disorganized mess. Go anywhere else for your testing. This place was awful!! I scheduled 3 Covid tests for myself and 2 sons. I chose appointment times spaced 5 minutes apart. I filled out all the lengthy fields of information: testing location & time, insurance info, Driver License number, DOB, health history questionnaire, etc. I then received a"Confirmation" email saying I had to complete a mandatory online check-in prior to appointment. So I clicked the link, only to discover that I had to fill in all the EXACT SAME information all over again! How aggravating! Then the

Visited this location for the first time last Thursday to get a COVID PCR test. It's now Friday, 8 days later... and I still don't have those results. None of my phone messages have been returned. No emails have been sent to me except my initial appointment confirmation. I got a long swab up both nostrils for nothing. Incredibly frustrating. Wasted my time waiting in line, and had no clue about my status.
Highly recommend finding a different clinic for your testing needs.

If 0 stars was a thing that is was this place deserves. This Heal 360 sucks!!! I have called them over 10 times just to ask a simple question. By the 8th time someone finally answered just to place me on hold for 10 minutes to later just hang up?? This is not my first time having a bad experience with them. Please don't waste your time like I have wasted mine trying to give them multiple chances. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

Excellent providers! Dr Ayesha Khan is such a kind caring individual and it clearly comes across in her bedside manner. She takes the time to listen and evaluate the patient and goes the extra mile to make one feel completely at ease. Her diagnoses are spot on and she provides prudent and accurate care. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I am very sick with what I believe is a cold turned into bronchitis. ( I know where I got the cold and the person tested negative for Covid) I call this morning to make an appt they said the earliest they could see me is 10 but I need to do the drive through Covid test first at 9:30. So I do. They told me they should have my results in a hour I told them I had a appt inside at 10am. Do not go to Heal 360 Urgent Care clinics here for COVID testing, ir anything else for that matter! I went in for a COVID test for travel on Saturday at 9 am and the guy said I would receive my results that evening or next morning (Sunday). Today is Tuesday and I'm still waiting, I was supposed to travel yesterday and had to move travel plans to today. I called yesterday and a girl by the name of Sena told me she didn't understand why I was told I would get results that evening because it takes 27 hrs, and since they're closed on Sunday it would be Monday, she also mentioned having

This place is awful! Totally understand we're in a pandemic but there doesn't seem to be any quality or care with their doctors, who in turn train and employee the staff. I had a rapid test early afternoon - they said it would take 15-30 minutes. Called me the next day, after I had left 2 voicemails and sent multiple inquiries online. The staff member said she called me 3 times. Strange as I didn't have any missed calls nor voicemails, and the results email immediately followed our conversation.

Do not use them if you need a COVID test for travel! I booked online and chose Thanksgiving Day to keep me in our 72 hour window. I called and talked to 2 people to verify that they were open on Thanksgiving and was assured they were. We got verification emails - even that morning. We arrived 15 minutes early in Frisco - line of 6 cars. THEY WERE CLOSED! One of the cars drivers reached a doctor and he said they were closed but he was sorry and told us to go to the Plano location and he'd have a test team come there. We all went and were tested. I got tested for COVID19 on 11/24 10:45am at Ayass bioscience frisco location. They states on the website could get the test result in 24 hours , but after 2 days I still did not get the test result. I tried to contact COVID 19 hotline and frisco location direct line so many times. Left a lot of messages nobody picked up the phone call. Very frustrated experiences. If you need go travel go somewhere else they could lead you miss the flight.

Do not go here for your rapid test! Even though they said results within 15 minutes if you get tested before 11 am, I went there at 9:50 am and it's been over 24 hours and no results have been sent! In addition to this, when I call this office, no one is picking up! I am not sure how they can advertise quick results for people who need to travel because I'm not even traveling and I am pissed off.

I hate to write this review. But you have to be warn before going to the clinic. The doctor himself is very good I referred a couple of my family members to him. But as for the staff they are very lazy. I've been going there for about a year and a half. I've always had to call the clinic multiple times for lab results and medication refills. They'll tell you that they'll get to it, but never do which makes you have to call in repeatedly. I went to the clinic last week on Wednesday due to me being very sick right now. I've still been waiting on lab results a week later.

I'm not one to write negative reviews but I had to write one for this practice. I came in for a covid testing in June and was told my results won't be back until 3-5 days and the physician had told me to call if I don't hear back. So I called after 4 days and was told the lab was backed up and I won't get them back until 7-10 days. So I waited AGAIN, and this time I'm having to call every single day to get an answer. So after two weeks of not hearing back, I call and a lady had told me they couldn't find me in the system and that she heard one of the guys at the front

Dr Amir is the best doctor I had visited in a while . He takes time to understands the problem and try to provide the options available for us . Most important he is good listening of your problems and his memory is a excellent. Back in 2017 he told to quit smoking and i visited again today in 2019 he asked me the same question how about you quitting to smoke .

Call them today and made a appointment for my son they quote me a price over the phone .I drove 30 mins when I get there 10 minutes before my appointment check in then 30 minutes pass by and then the girl in front counter tells me it's going to be almost double what I was quote....
