Services
At our Plano location, you can request a same day appointment with one of our best doctors. You can also call our office number to request an appointment or get answers to any queries you might have. Please be sure to check our frequently asked questions section and new paitent information page to know what to expect from your visit.
We offer a variety of resources to help patients prepare for their visit. For your convenience, you may complete our new patient forms in advance and bring them with you to your first appointment. We feel your experience with DFW MDcare should be as pleasant and productive as possible, and that starts even before you arrive.
We serve as walk-in clinic and accommodating same day appointments for urgent health problems for new patients. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete new patient information. Please bring all your current medication bottles and any medical history information. If you have any old medical record, blood test report or x-ray report, please bring it with you.
Yes, all our physicians have taken and passed the examination given by the American Board of Internal Medicine. All our physicians are board certified internists. If it is a life-threatening emergency always dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Please call our office during normal business hour and our staff will help you in any urgent situation, which is not life threatening.
Appointments can be made during regular business hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we request you to call us 24 hours before your appointment. If you call after business hours and leave a message with our answering service to cancel or reschedule your appointment, one of our office staff will return your call the next business day to help you reschedule.

Dr Ibrahim is great, everything else is really bad. We have been trying to fix prescriptions for over a month now since we transitioned from the old provider to them. Pharmacy says they have not got the prescription and Office says they have sent it. Finally the prescriptions come through but for only one person, not the other and the dosage or duration is wrong so rinse and repeat. Really tired of the phone calls back and forth with no results. Also get calls-back promised and then hear nothing.

As it was my first time in DFW MDcare i got a quick appointment with very less wait time , DFW MDcare has facility of virtual care option also in this Covid situation which really helps. Dr. Rupali Prabhukot was very patient in understanding my medical issues and her analysis was upto the mark , she also makes sure to follow up with patients , which I was really pleased with. Would really recommend DFW MDcare .

I had a great experience with Dr. Utkal Patel and DFW MDcare clinic. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly (within a week), my concerns were addressed in a thorough manner, and I felt as though I was listened to. Labwork was ordered and my physician had it reviewed with an appropriate Rx called into my pharmacy in about 24 hours times. Literally had labs drawn on morning at 9:15, I heard back from my physician by 11am the following day. I find that very impressive! I will feel good about the care I received as well as referring fellow family and friends here.

I have been to many doctors in my life time and had been searching for someone for a very long time, who knew how to diagnose symptoms correctly and treat accordingly. I had below knee pain for nearly 6 months and it was getting unbearable. I was limited to my daily activities with little relief from physical therapy. I finally made the decision to get a cortisone shot. Dr. Patel did an amazing job on explaining the whole procedure and made me feel comfortable. The shot was pretty painless and I soon had relief. This was my first cortisone shot ever and had a great experience. Thank you Dr. Patel!!

The clinic is conveniently located and has a friendly staff. Loved the flexibility of making an after work/evening appointment. Dr Rupali Prabhukhot is awesome.
