They're back! We loved Flight School before pandemic and we love it even more now. Our older daughter had been taking classes pre-pandemic while our under 3 year old watched and waited patiently for her turn. No sooner did she turn 3 in February 2020, did the Corona shut everything down--just one month after she started. When Flight School opened back up, they had a long waitlist, but FS was able to make accommodations for us to get both girls back in! They were over the moon! Flight School has also been really flexible allowing the girls to have make up classes when we go on vacation and

I just wish they wouldn't spend so much time warming up. Classes are only 1 hour with a large group of girls. They should spend more time on learning skills using the gymnastics equipment and not so much time warming up and stretching.
Warm ups should be 10 minutes.
Please do a refresh of the training with your staff. Because in addition to the 15-20 minute warm up at the beginning of the class, the last 10 minutes were used to do sit ups. I was really confused by this. Like did my daughters group get in trouble? Very disappointed for
My daughter and I.

Still loving this Gym, my daughter moved up to the next class! She has fun here and it's super exciting to watch the gymnasts practice for competitions. The vibe here is chill + fun, with a competitive undertone for sure. The gymnasts work hard, so the skill level is on the higher side! Fingers-crossed, I'm hoping my daughter receives a genuine invitation to make team. This of course should only be once she's shown promise + talent + skill! Go Flight School, keep up the good work!

Obviously a super popular gym but way too crowded. My daughter is pretty behind on gymnastics and we wanted to catch up and group classes were just not right for us. We wanted to do private lessons but the instructors never called us back. I felt unimportant if I couldn't even get a call back. It's probably an awesome place for a gymnastics kid, but for an older kid who needs to learn basics, it didn't work for us.
Update: The owner contacted me and apologized for the private lessons not working out due to coaches not contacting us timely. She will be offering a refund. I appreciate

We went here for almost 6 months and my daughter made zero progress because all they seem to invest their time in is girls with "natural" gymnastic abilities and if you don't have it they don't bother to "teach" it. For a beginners class they should be teaching skills not just giving orders and expecting girls to just pick the skills up. I was extremely disappointed at the lack of teaching going on in the classes. I'm only giving 2 stars because the front desk women were very helpful. I would not recommend this gym, go elsewhere if you want your kid to learn and

This is the real deal! Very professional and dedicated coaches. Great with little kids, very fun classes for the recreational program, and an AMAZING competitive team! We've been going to Flight School for 8 months and my daughter loves it and feels at home there. They've put A/C units to help with the summer heat. I would suggest they get better chairs, though. When you're sitting there for a long period of time, those are not the most comfortable. Other than that, I can't say enough positive things about this gym!

My daughter, Mila has been attending since last year in August and she loves it! The instructors are kind, motivating and are strategic in teaching gymnastic techniques. It's obviously that the instructors are hard-working and have my daughter's best interest at heart. Thank you Flight School Gymnastics! Number one in the South Bay!

This is a wonderful and very professional gym. My daughter is on a team here and her instruction has been fabulous. She has learned so much from Clinton and she's grown and developed so much over the past year. We are very appreciative of the way the staff interact with our daughter as well as us! We would highly recommend Flight School

We love Flight School!! They are top notch when it comes to gymnastics!! From the front desk ladies (Brooke & Katie) who are super helpful, knowledgeable & fun, to the amazing coaches who are competitive but at the same time want each and every girl to improve & work hard!!! We especially love Clinton who my daughter has had for a while now and is amazing!! He pushes my daughter to be better each day and that you have to work hard for what you want, but at the same time is fun and encouraging!! She loves him!!
They are like family to us and we just couldn't imagine going anywhere

My 4 yo has been attending for a few months now. I really like their day time options for 3-5 yo co-ed. They're the only class, so they're not distracted by the older classes going on. I also appreciate that they keep the class size small so that each child gets ample attention. I do hope to see more specific instruction on improving individual skills, but I realize we are still at the beginner stage. As a mom of 2, I also appreciate their flexibility and understanding for make-up classes.

I stopped taking my daughter because #1, there isn't any A/C in the building and I think that's a safe hazard when it's 80+ degrees outside and the inside of the gym is probably 90+ because it's a warehouse and the equipment for the gym, my daughter has told me a few times how she's hot. I'm not sure of her name, but one of them is always loud telling other coaches what to do and the coaches would say something back and I just think it's inappropriate to do in front of kids. That should be handled before the start of class. My daughter did learn while she was

Great location with parking. My 3 year old boy asked why class ended. He wanted to keep going on his first day. My goals for him was flexibility and he wants to start tumbling. He definitely has the tumbling started and safely executing things for his age group. He loves the bouncy trampoline jumps. Great seats for parents to watch. Not folding chairs but actual seats. Bathrooms were clean and the overall gym looks well looked after.
A star off for not being open maybe 10 minutes earlier than actual class time. Class was only an hour and it was segmented into three 20 minutes intervals. Another

Didn't like it one bit. That drill sergeant girl from south bay gym now works here. That young lady is way too intense for young kids. You can get your point across without screaming at them, This isn't football. I never saw her smile once (and she is very pretty, shame), even when the poor girl was doing anything she could to please her.
My daughter was leaps and bounds above the girls in the advanced class and she wasn't even looked at.
Sorry guys big thumbs down.
