Services
Located in North Redondo Beach, near the 405, we serve the communities of the South Bay, Beach Cities, and the West Side. We are situated on Manhattan Beach Boulevard. Our facility is custom designed specifically for gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline activities. Our friendly teachers have been carefully interviewed and selected based on their love of kids.
Your active 2 year old will just love this exciting 50 minute class. It is for your toddler and you: Mommy, Daddy, Babysitter, etc. It's non-stop action, just the way kids like it. You and your child will participate in innovative, fun-filled gymnastics activities that teach the basic gymnastics elements - swinging, climbing, running, jumping, and socialization activities.
A truly wonderful and unique place in the universe for boys and girls, ages 5 through 12. Unique? Wonderful? Do you know who you are talking to? the hard to convince, battle-hardened parents say. Also adding, telling us 'wonderful' is one thing, but you'll need to do more than that. You need to show us wonderful!
No more worries about losing your child's place in class because of a forgotten tuition payment. With Simple Pay, tuition will automatically be paid each month until you notify us of any changes. I took my 4 year old daughter to this gym yesterday. My experience was heart breaking. My daughter is 4 years old, autistic and has a speech delay. Please mind that her disability is pretty mild and unnoticeable to the untrained eye. The owner informed me that my daughter did not know what to do and needed extra attention compared to the typical children and that she needed to wait until she was older to bring her back. This place just tookl my money and insulted my special needs child. Please mind that it was her first day and has a disability which was fully disclosed on her online registration

No the right gym for a special needs kid (even worst if you are not white). Been there as a Latino father with my 8 years old autistic daughter, they will look at you as they are seeing an alien from Mars. If you are Caucasian with a normal kid [preferable blond and with green eyes] then don't worry you are good to go. Note to Fit Kids: I will not delete this review under ANY circumstances, you need to change, you need to open your mind, learn and teach your staff and your clients how to behave when they interact with non-typical kids and families from another ethnicity background.

My 4 years old daughter been in fit kids gymnastic for 7 months, she's literally didn't even learn the basics or the gymnastic terms.
I just wasted my time and money on this place.
Her couches keep repeating the same moves for 7 months, and they couldn't even control the class.
I don't recommend this place at all.

Just enrolled my daughter here for classes . She attended her first class. She was nervous but quickly shook off the nerves after being welcomed and being made feel so comfortable. The California arch for her age group was so attentive and had a small class to be able to give each child enough attention and time to do each activity. The gym itself was very spacious and clean ! All the mats and items used were in good condition and weren't raggedy or torn. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their gym . Enrollment was super easy -online . I'm really impressed with the customer service, management and all around operation with Fit Kids! It's rare to have a business full refund you because of a mistake on my part, not theirs. After attending our first class we realized my daughter (who recently turned 3) was too young so we decided to hold off until she's a little older. I had paid for classes in January & February, but because of family logistics and traveling we missed the first three classes. We've been attending Fit Kids Torrance for about a year now. Every teacher my daughter has had has been so sweet and kind-Jackie, Amber, Destiny, Maddy. As a parent I appreciate that they are really teaching them, have them follow direction and not just let them run a muck. Miss Alyce is a superstar and so incredibly patient with the kids. We love her!

I like this place. Really friendly employees and teachers. The teachers are really sweet girls. Make-ups are really easy to do and schedule.My daughter really enjoys taking classess here, she is in a beginner class. Even when the classes are huge they do a good job of splitting kids up with different teachers so no kids spend too much time sitting around. Wi-fi while you what and there is a rite aid that serves Thrifty ice cream right next door. PLenty of parking right outside.

When we first started, my son had a hard time adjusting. They called a few days after our first session to follow up & see how he was doing.
My son loves this class now & loves teacher Aryanna. Aryanna is great with kids & is very friendly.
This is a great activity for kids this age (3-4 yr old), they burn energy & get tired after the class. Also the location is great, close to the mall & many restaurants.
The class is very affordable $105 for the term. & 100% money

Just started my 3 year old in gymnastics classes here. She has only gone twice but she really loves it. I have been talking to them for a while though, as me and my friend were trying to get our kids in the same class and they did not have an opening for a while. Let me tell you, this place is all about customer service. They always answer their calls, if one branch is not taking calls it automatically routes you to their other location, and they return calls promptly. Erin, the teacher that runs the kids classes, is fantastic with young children, and she works on real gymnastics skills with them, starting at age two, that are important for their gross motor development, such as balancing and coordination, not to mention social-emotional skills like confidence and risk-taking. They are also community-oriented - they donated a month of classes to our school's PTA holiday event to help us raise money for our school. We really appreciated it!

My daughter has been going to Fit Kids since she was a young toddler. I never wanted to do a class like Gymboree, with the songs and puppet shows, so it is important to me that even the Parent and Child classes at Fit Kids focuses on real gymnastics skills. My daughter is now 3 and is developing real gymnastics skills and having a lot of fun.

We signed up for classes summer 2011, so far i've been satisfied with the classes. There are only four students in my son's class, the class is 50 minutes long and very structured (something I like).
