Services
The Disability Help Group Arizona was started as a resource center to provide help and guidance to those struggling to receive their disability benefits. The people that were being assisted became very attached to our volunteers and wanted us to continue to help in new ways and that is when the legal team was created.

Preparing for your Social Security disability hearing can be a stressful experience. The good news is that there are steps you can take to help you prepare and lower the stress levels that you might experience. Keep in mind that being nervous is okay, it is part of your personality, but you should not pay your fear too much heed.
For those with chronic pain, seeking out disability benefits is a common course of action. There are several medical conditions that cause chronic pain, including degenerative disk disease, diabetic neuropathy, and others. Chronic pain may also exist when there is not a single issue that can be the cause.
Getting a residual functional capacity questionnaire from the physician who is treating you can go a long way towards getting Social Security disability benefits depending on your condition. You will need to request such forms and understand their importance in helping you get what you deserve in terms of support.

Every single person that I dealt with during this process was kind, professional and helpful at all times. They won my case for me. The experienced employees took the newer employees under their wing and helped them kindly and respectfully. These are wonderful qualities. I would recommend them for anyone and everyone. Good luck, all.

I called in today to see if incan get started on applying for SSDI. The lady who answered the phone immediately went into asking for my information and the last time I worked. I answered all her questions. I was waiting for her to finish so I could ask some questions. After she finished asking her questions she told me they couldn't help me and immediately hung up in my face. I was shocked and and upset that this is how they conduct business.

NOT AN ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!!
I did not hear from their office, despite calls, and a letter I included with paperwork I dropped off. It wasn't until I got my notice of hearing that I heard from them. I had a phone-call interview about 3 weeks before the hearing. Social Security notified us that the hearing would be telephonic shortly after, and I was advised by the lady from their office to take it. About a week before the hearing, I spoke to the representative, and he seemed pretty positive with what we had. Two or three days before the hearing, he called

This group made the entire process of applying for disability virtually seamless. I was almost scared how easy it was, worrying that maybe they weren't doing enough. Turns out, Mr. Osborn and his team are wonderful and I ended up winning my case. I want to thank them for all of the help!

I applied for disability benefits and David is not an attorney if you end up needing to go to court for an appeal and you will not meet with him unless your case goes in front of a judge. Besides that, they were quick to take my case but should of informed me immediately that I made too much money even though I had to reduce to part time work because of my disability. Even with that said, social security office denied me in November and this company did not inform me until February (3 months). They assign a case worker that fills out your paper work and that person changed several times without

Such a big help in applying for getting the help I need. Then help with an appeal as well talking to Dave is really easy as well as my case worker. Dave is very knowledgeable and is a great big help in prepping you for an appeal so your not so nervous. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful even when your case worker isn’t available and someone else helps you.
