Salomon is of the most incompetent primary care physicians ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. Hes very dismissive of any mental health questions. "Must be depression, heres some pills." Even after I said I didnt want the prescription, it was sent to be filled anyways.
I have repeatedly asked not to be scheduled with him or his section of the practice, but it appears those requests havent been input into the system.
Over the summer I received a call from the office stating I needed to be seen for a routine check up, or they wouldnt be able to refill my medication. Went ahead and scheduled

Kenya Thomas is such an amazing provider. She listens to what the issues are and really makes a difference in treatment. I would recommend Reserve Health to anyone in need of a high quality healthcare provider. The entire team is respectful and polite. They really take the extra time to get to know patients and show a genuine care, which is hard to find right now.

STAY AWAY! I went to see Dr. Bondi who was great but he’s so busy I can’t get into see him.
I saw Solomon several months ago but he messed up my medications. I tried for weeks to to call and get it corrected but no call back. This then effected today’s visit with Kenya. She then wanted to give me different medicine based on what he did. He was rude, unprofessional and not compassionate at all.
My husband is in the medical field and they didn’t want him in the room for support or to speak on my behalf. Typical poorly Staffed DO practice with no compassion or patient interests in mind

Every time I’ve made an appointment with them they’ve rescheduled last minute, or I show up and the physician doesn’t have the equipment they need, or the physician with the proper training is not in office, or actually it turns out that their office protocol require two clinicians with the proper training to be in office, etc. It’s almost comic—I booked an appointment in January and it kept getting pushed back for the reasons listed above until it was March and I finally just asked for a referral to see a specialist instead. Now with my vaccine the cycle of last minute cancellations

As someone in healthcare I try and be understanding when things don’t always go according to plan. Obviously we are in a pandemic which we can’t control. I think as a provider we need to be available for our patients. I had already had my appointment rescheduled due to previous contract tracing by RH (understandable). Per my allergist ,I need to be seen by a MD /DO for a possible specialist and i was offered to see a PA. I declined and rescheduled for two weeks later date with Dr B. Was happy with this clinic until I receive a bill from the lab. After contacting them to understand the reason as to why I received the bill when I was TOLD by the nurse that each m every test is covered under my wellness exam, they had no answer and stopped responding. Dr Biondi is nice but hope he would have instructed his staff to get this issue sorted out. Hows it my fault that I believed the nurse when she mentioned that I wont be responsible to pay anything out of pocket.

Dr. Biondi is fantastic. Takes time with you as a patient and really cares about your overall health regardless of specific appointment. I’ve been a patient of his for several years and always felt like I had his undivided attention as a patient. The new facility is awesome and extremely easy to access. Highly recommend Dr. Biondi and his staff.

Reserve Health is a top notch facility! As a patient, I always feel that my health and well being are top priority. Dr. Biondi always takes the time to listen and to explain in a practical manner what I need to know. He takes a genuine interest in our family and treats us as real people- like our health matters as much to him as it does to us. Upon transferring my career to the Charlotte area, I needed a new Primary Care Physician. I am DO GLAD I decided to schedule my first appointment with this team. Dr. Biondi is very patient, a great listener and he doesn’t rush you or make you feel like you’re a number. His ENTIRE staff is super friendly and they all make you feel comfortable and at home. Pick this practice! You will not be disappointed.
