I DO NOT RECOMMEND this primary care physician. you will pay $103 for them to waste over an hour of your own billable time and to find out your weight and blood pressure (both of which I already knew). I called to make an appointment for medicine management - and they made an appointment for an appointment later that week, which was good, however they did not ask what medication. When I arrived for my appointment they ran my new insurance card, cool. then charged me the deductible BEFORE seeing me or doing anything, which I thought was weird but I just wanted to be seen. I used my HSA card. When

*FAA Medical Applicants*:A word of caution, do not trust this office. The nurse tried to basically extort me for a $125 negative covid test after circling the “did you have it” box as yes on the check in form- Mind you, I had already paid the $140 for the medical before they decided I had to comply with their office requirement. Took some loud words but I finally did get a refund.
They basically claim their website says you need a negative test if you’ve had it, but they fail to realize the FAA AME directory just gives a phone number and address. They also can’t enforce their own “office”

I visited this practice to establish Dr. Lyles as a primary care manager for my insurance (tricare through the military). Not only was I seen 20 minutes after my appointment time (I also arrived 10 minutes early), once I met with the nurse and doctor I was told that I would get referrals for specialists (which I never received) and "to be patient". I was forgotten in one of the exam rooms for about 15 minutes, as the doctor was surprised to find me still in the room when he brought the next patient in. It's been over a month since I've seen the doctor, and I've called to follow up, and I was told

It makes me sad to see some of these reviews. I have always had a pleasant experience with this practice. Everyone has always been friendly and informative. Dr. Lyles and his staff always strive to give the best customer care. This office is very straight forward and has a strong team on staff. They also offer a variety of services from check ups to cosmetic. :)

I'm not usually one to rate a place badly, even if they deserve it(check my reviews and you'll see). However I've had issue after issue with this place and I'm never going back.
The last straw was today. I went in for bloodwork over two weeks ago and requested an additional SARS CoV-2 antibody test just to see if I had an asymptomatic infection. I made multiple requests on the day of the bloodwork test and never heard back. I had since called back multiple times to request the result and they kept saying they would communicate the results to me once they had it.
I just called again today and

I visited this facility for my 2020 annual physical. Surprisingly, the doctor spent only couple of mins to discuss my health status. They sent for blood works and I assumed that it was part of regular tests. However, they conducted more tests without discussing with me in details and when I asked the nurse she said it was part of regular tests. Finally some of the tests insurance didn't cover and I had to pay from my pockets. I do annual physical every year and this is the first time I noticed something different.
You may get such surprises and if you visit this center please discuss in details

Highly recommend CareFirst! I needed to have a medical exam and the friendly staff was able to set up an appointment the same day. After experiencing the top notch service and care from Dr. Lyles and his staff, I switched and made them my Primary Care provider. Additionally, they have other spa services in office. It was a great experience getting everything done at one visit.

The best staff and the best service. The lady in the reception welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly and polite. She explained everything I had to do and helped me with what I needed. The nurse and the doctor that attended me were very kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable and took care of me in the best way possible. Everything went better than I expected. I would totally recommend it.
