Not sure what's going on with their staff right now, but I went for my first visit a week ago. They have yet to send out any of my referrals, nor have they mailed me kit that I was supposed to receive. I called and left a message early on Friday, and still haven't heard back from them. I'll be looking for another PCP...

I didn't know what to expect at my first visit and was pleasantly surprised. There was no waiting and the visit was not rushed. Both the doctor and health coach genuinely listened and answered my questions. They carefully went over my health history with me. I see multiple specialists and sometimes managing all of the lab tests and health records seems overwhelming. They assured me they can help with that and can even take over managing all my prescriptions if I wish. I had stopped going to a primary care physician because of difficulty getting appointments and could not come in on short notice

I think Iora sets an example of quality care for seniors. you will not find such comprehensive, caring, genuine interest in getting your needs met any where else . You are treated as a whole person and care givers follow through with what they say they will do. I have never had any care giver spend so much time with me as the care givers at Iora do. I was so surprised and delighted with my first face-to-face visit with Dr. Taylor after one year of COVID isolation. Dr Taylor had been following my various communications through the year and I felt like she knew me. Just moving here from Santa Fe in May of 2020, I felt insecure regarding obtaining health care. Dr. Taylor eased all those concerns and began to actively treat and care for my issues as they arose. I am so grateful for her expertise and compassion. Today I am well and feeling stronger and ready to begin exploring my new home in Denver.

I love the care I receive at IORA! It is truly is care, not just services. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, if they don't have the answer they will get it. My provider spends as much time with me as I need, I never feel rushed, which is unheard of in this cattle clinic healthcare system we have become used to. Telehealth appointments as amazing when appropriate! Very happy I found them.

My experience at IORA Primary Care on McKellips is not one I plan to repeat. I stayed with them for 13 months. In that time I was assigned to 4 different Drs and 4 "Health Coaches".
The longer visits were nice, but the revolving door of employees is nuts. In addition, it could take up to 2 months for orders get to other drs., xray, lab, referral. Everything was always blamed on the receiver, but the only common bond was IORA. I wanted this to work so bad, but I was just notified my 4th dr. Is leaving. ENOUGH!

It took me over 2 weeks to get an appointment and then I show up for appt and they didn't have me scheduled. I received an email showing I had an appointment and responded Y to confirm.
I had made at least 3 phone calls to office and one to the office manager and never got a return call. I would not go to this office, they are disorganized and don't follow up. Very bad performance.

It always makes me happy to share an excellent experience with a medical clinic and my primary doctor. I might have to change insurance, but I'll make sure I keep Iora Primary Care and Dr. Rex Ragsdale.
First I met with my Health Coach Paula to go over general information and questions, changes since my initial visit and topics for my yearly exam.
It was my fist time meeting Dr. Ragsdale. He is experienced, professional and an excellent listener, who was genuinely interested in my health and concerns. His comments are thoughtful, honest, and understandable!

I have been a patient of Dr.Martinez of Iora for approx. 1 year.He is highly educated,very personable and an excellent physician.A Dr.who actually listens without time constraints is amazing and beneficial to patients!His staff of Ashley,Chad and Jesse to name a few treat you like family- always with a smile and great knowledge. Obama and Trump "whatever" should take note of Iora Primary Care.
