Services
Matt grew up in Manhattan Beach and graduated from Mira Costa High. At Mira Costa, Matt played varsity baseball and water polo. He earned his undergraduate degree in political science from UCLA. While at UCLA, Matt studied abroad with the Semester at Sea Program, a floating university that traveled to 11 different countries around the world.
Regardless of age or the size of an estate, everyone needs to do an estate plan. We provide tools to enable you to deal with the management and transfer of assets upon your death or incapacity. This can include naming a guardian of your children and managing your estate for their benefit until you think they are old enough to manage assets on their own.
When a loved one dies, families and heirs must address the transfer of his or her assets. Depending on the estate planning which has been done in advance, various processes are required. We have decades of experience in this area.

After a death of one or both of the people who have established a trust, a successor trustee needs to be put in place administer it. There are various notifications and formalities which are necessary for the successor to perform his or her duties. Property titles need to be checked to ensure that they are in proper form.
A conservatorship is a legal right and responsibility given by the court to a person to be responsible for the care of and/or assets and finances of a person deemed fully or partially incapable of providing these necessities for himself or herself. Incapacity may be the result of an accident, illness, developmental disability or simply the passage of time.
