Often family members find themselves in a situation where a probate is required, either due to a lack of planning on the part of their loved one, or a lack of proper funding of a trust, or other reason. Any probate attorney can file a probate petition. However, the stakes in probate court are high.
As a trustee in a loved one's estate, you have numerous administrative and fiduciary duties that are required when your loved one passes away. Underestimating these responsibilities can lead to exponentially more difficult legal and financial headaches, while dismissing them outright can lead to liability concerns, and even open loopholes for creditors or the IRS to drain your family's assets.

I was referred to Cox Law Group by a lawyer I deeply respect and had high expectations when we had our initial consultation with Cynthia. She and her team impressed us with their presence, professionalism, expertise and kindness. Over the past 9 months, Cynthia and Dawn have demonstrated such compassion for the emotional turmoil we've been navigating, while fiercely representing the legal claim. They provided us a sense of calm in the midst of a very trying and emotionally exhausting time. I'm so grateful for Dawn's patient explanations and encouraging words as she compiled all

For Probate Attorneys, this team is as good as it gets! Not only for Probate, but for Elder Abuse and all legal actions that come with it. Cynthia is a person of integrity, ethics and honesty. She helped our family during a very tough time with dignity and professionalism all the way through.

Her stalwart leadership is shown in the office, as her entire team is connected and each has a vital role to the success of finding the appropriate legal course of action. Ours was tricky, and the assistance regarding timing and execution of actions saved our family from suffering the pain of seeing a

Please ignore the bad ratings on here. They are most likely from a competitor or totally unreasonable customers. This office has been helping me ever since my mother had a stroke in 2008 so I know them very well. They are professional, competent, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every experience I have had with them is positive. Without this office I literally might not have made it through the last 8 years without losing my sanity. In addition, they have a gorgeous location overlooking the ocean.

You can't go wrong with this office, they are the best.

Wow, what a disappointment. Researching special needs trust specialists, I was given Cynthia's name to consider. I found her website very interesting and was encouraged to meet with her. Unfortunately simply trying to get an appointment proved difficult. The person who took my initial call seemed disinterested and lacked any knowledge in what I was asking regarding the firm. I actually wondered if it was an outsourced person from a foreign country who simply answered their phones when the office was empty. I requested a conversation with Cynthia in advance of our meeting because I had several

She is the kind of attorney that gives a bad name to all attorneys. False allegations, malicious prosecutions, misrepresentations in court, over billing and little games like not sending or delaying papers or sending them to the wrong address.

She may have a lot of designations behind her name and volunteer for some committee's and such, but she is a very weak lawyer. In many instances she sends her "Newbie" inexperienced lawyer associates to court for her. Do you want to represented by someone who is just learning?.

In my case she did not even handle a simple restraining order
