BENEDICT STYLE-over shaved sweet ham, poached eggs, and hollandaise, with choice of home fries or grit $14. SOUTHERN BENEDICT STYLE-deep - fried chicken breast, pimento cheese, and $18 poached eggs with hollandaise on housemade cathead biscuit $18. MCINTOSH SHRIMP AND GRITS-with Grafton Village smoked chili cheddar sauce, peppers, and two fried eggs $16.
Following graduation from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, he moved to New York City, gaining experience and sharpening his skills at The Essex House, Zoe, Union Square Cafe, and The Mark-serving under top chefs who prided themselves on training the next generation. Heading south, Dave became executive chef at Azalea in Atlanta before moving to St. Simons Island, Georgia, as chef at J Mac's.

We went on Jan 1.( Made reservations) The service, food, atmosphere and prices were beyond excellent. We brought our extended family and they also loved it. Filet mignon, fried chicken and pot stickers were delicious.. I really can't say enough about Halyards. Oh, the drinky drinks were also soooo good! Can't wait to go back.
