For the past 30 years Darren Grassmuck has been actively working in the construction industry and together with his wife Bonnie Grassmuck they are now the owners of All County Alamo Property Management. For 28 years Darren worked for his family's commercial construction business, then in 2011 he moved into the residential remolding market.

The following are booklets and/or forms for current property owners who are clients of All County All County Alamo Property Management. We work very hard to collect rent and believe placing the right tenant/s is one of the best ways to avoid a no rent payment situation.
The tenant portal allows current tenants of All County to pay rent, view balances and sign documents. The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. If you are experiencing difficulties making your rental or utility payments there are a number of non-profit organizations that offer assistance.

Bad experience, no greetings or courtesy as a new applicant. Had to ask her to follow up on email after week of no response, then received snotty response. Based on the experience glad I have a different property management. Look back at your emails AM and see if your manager appreciates the way you handle potential customers.

Darren and his Property Management Team at All County Alamo Property Management are the best. They have managed my properties for 10 years and have done an excellent job with each of my properties and always there for the tenants for each of my properties. I have never received a compliant from any of my tenants reference All County Alamo Property Management.

This is one of the worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with. I caught the owner, Darren Grassmuck, standing outside my house taking pictures of me through my window. Soon after this incident, I paid the remainder of the lease and moved out. Darren had his employees harass me almost daily for the keys so they could double rent the house. Repair requests were entirely ignored, and now they are trying to charge me for things that were clearly documented on the move-in report.

As a renter, I have not had a great experience. We love the house we're in and we take great care of it on our end. However, there is poor communication to us from All County Alamo and between the employees running it. We've had plumbers come out over 6 times for the exact same issues over the last 8 months or more, only to be told they can't fix the problem because they don't have approval. So why does the property management keep sending people if they don't have approval to fix something? We're still waiting to have both toilets replaced. We've had buckets collecting the dripping water in one

All County Alamo Property Management has been taking care of my property for about 3 years now and they do a great job. I am an out of state owner so it's important to have a reputable company you can trust. I had 3 other property managers prior to finding All County Alamo and they were all terrible. All County Alamo keeps me informed and I can look at my owner activity online which is great.

I highly recommend Darren and his staff to manage any property you have. He has managed several of my properties for almost 4 years now. He keeps my properties maintained and leased with high quality, long term renters. Darren is ALWAYS quick to respond to any issues or concerns brought up by my renters or myself. Unlike some other managers I've dealt with, it's been a joy to work with a straight talking man of integrity who has saved me many headaches to get our company properties rent ready.
We operate from out of the country and Darren and his team have looked after two properties for a couple of years now. While their Web Access program could do with a more user friendly data presentation, it does provide the basic data I need for my accounts.
We liked Darren's team so much we gave them the job of selling the houses as we wound up that part of our business.
I would recommend All County Alamo to anyone

I have had such a positive experience with All County Alamo Property Management. They are extremely responsive, maintain and service my property as if it were their own, give great advice, use affordable and experienced contractors for repairs, and do their due diligence to ensure the property remains occupied. I had some reservation about leasing my property as opposed to selling after my move. Had I known All County Alamo was going to make it this easy, I wouldn't have thought twice. I strongly recommend this company.
