Posada del Norte (PDN) has been our family home since 2008. In 2016, we decided to turn our home into a vacation rental property. For the last 4 years, it has been our distinct pleasure and honor to host many families and groups of friends in our home. To no great surprise, Posada del Norte has been enjoyed by hundreds of guests since then.
And although we are not infallible, the fact is we have consistently EARNED a 5 Star rating on VRBO (our only listing platform) from over 98% of our guests. This stellar record, along with our high occupancy rate; percentage of submitted guest reviews; percentage of accepted reservations; and a ZERO record of cancelling ANY reservation, has lead to PDN earning Premier Partner status with VRBO.

The elegant double-door entry leads to an open-beam, vaulted ceiling living room with spectacular views of the backyard, pool, & across Fallbrook's rolling hills with Palomar Mountain visible in the distance. The kitchen, dining room, & living room promote communal living via a generously open floor-plan flooded in natural light through east-facing floor to ceiling windows.
High-speed AT&T wireless internet access is available throughout the home & in most outdoor lounge areas. AC heating is set at 72 Degrees in summer per SDGE comfort standards. Upon request, AC may be set to a lower temperature; however, this will result in an energy surcharge. Fans are available for use.
This spectacular home is located just 3 miles off HWY 15 in Fallbrook, California. The Temecula Wine Valley, Temecula's historic Old Town, & the Pechanga Casino & golf course are only 8 miles north, a short 15 to 20-minute drive. Fallbrook is a small and quaint village with a Main Street featuring unique stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

We stayed here for my wedding last weekend. Martino met us and gave us a tour of the house, amenities & grounds. He was extremely helpful in showing us how to work the spa, internet, movie projector etc. around the grounds. The house was beautiful as were the grounds. We had 14 people staying in the house and we never felt crowded. There were even several areas we ran out of time to hang out in! By far the favorite areas were the game area (pool table, ping pong table, outside bathroom , upper deck lounging area with fire pit) pool, and the second patio area with tons of comfy seating and a

Some friends of mine and I rented this house out for a weekend, and it was a wonderful place to stay. The owner, Marino, is a charming guy who is happy to give you a tour, and he's readily available as needed.
The house has at least 5 bedrooms, but there is also space to set out an extra bed or two. It's huge. The back yard is a lot of fun - pool, jacuzzi, golf putting green, hammocks, and fire pits. There are some lovely views of vineyards and mountains. We ate breakfast out there and loved it.
There's a full kitchen, and there's light gym equipment in the garage. It
