EDIT: I contacted them to get clarification on the bill. I was told there was water damage on the carpet.. The water damage was from a failed maintenance order 2 years ago when my dishwasher overflowed and they refused to fix it. i had to use my personal towels and things to soak up the water. i have the work orders and emails about this issue.
I also asked for the utility bill, since they said i owed $200 + in utilities. When i asked for this, i was sent a bill from 2 months prior that was only $99 and I had paid.
They are now refusing to respond to me.

I was living there in woodland hills apartments about 7 month on 2019 I had contract one year but I decided to move from Californian to anther state I gave them one month notice for moving they
said we will charge you one month rent because you break the lease, I said ok. after I moved from apartment they charge me about $3200 they said 1800 one month rent. $700 missing the painting, cleaning charging and $ 700 charged me extra for, means the original price for one bed was 1800$ i got it for $1700 so the said you broke the lease so you have to pay back $700 . totally they charged me $3200 for

Lived there for a year... it's a NO for me!! They took my deposit and charged me 200 ( they say it's standard for them). The office staff is very unprofessional and things don't get fixed Ina timely manner. The parking is horrible and you see people going thru the garbage all the time. Was happy to get out of.there.

I’ve lived here for over 3 years. The neighborhood is really quiet, and the actual apartments themselves are pretty decent. I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were all fixed within a reasonable amount of time. For instance, my water heater needed to be replaced, and maintenance completed it the SAME day I put in a request. Parking in the complex can be challenging, but to be fair there is tons of street parking. You can also rent an additional space each month for $70, which is what I do. They also have garages for rent as well. I have 3 year old, and it’s nice to live in a

A co-worker just asked me about my experiences with the property and property management. My reply...DON’T do it!! Pretty much everything was broken fan, dishwasher, kitchen faucet leak, from door knob, bedroom window lock broken. A month we later pip leak bathroom ceiling and just this week water heater broke. This is just stuff that’s fixable. Stained and the glaze on the countertops is chipping. I was told by the manager on move day that they cannot fix the countertops. There is way too much to type. Their district manager will not call you back so don’t even bother. Buyer be ware.

Very nice and quiet community. But parking is terrible. I live with a roommate and we both get home at night around 11 pm from work. We are given one carport and some guest parking. Guest parking is always full when we get home. Now the rule is people are not able to double park or be towed but each and every day I would see the same people allowed to double park while I would get a notice saying if I did it again i would be towed. Parking on the street is iffy because of little amount of lights around. I always take everything out of my car because I can not trust it. In conclusion community is

I've never written a negative review before but after my experience with Woodland Hills Apartments I have to let prospective residents have a fair chance to say no. A major utility failed during its season of use, the staff repeatedly failed to resolve issue, the maintenance crew was unprofessional and vulgar, and the staff did not communicate or resolve my issues properly. The repair itself took 4 months to take place and they wanted to give me the option to break my lease rather than to resolve the issue. This company made my life at home stressful and uncomfortable and I will not do business
