Best apartment complex in Las Cruces. I’ve lived in about 4 other apartment complexes and this was by far my favorite. Landscaping is beautiful, apartments are a great size; love the full size closet mirror door and kitchen/ bathroom doors. Small accents here and there really make a difference! Maintenance Requests are taken care of quickly and all the workers are friendly. Got my entire deposit back ( and the pet deposit too) minus $25 for holes in the wall from hanging varios things. Would’ve lived here more but got a job in El Paso. The gate didn’t work 75% of the time I lived there but

I have lived here for 2 years now and have truly loved it. The office staff is always incredibly pleasant and helpful, every time I submit a maintenance request it is fixed within 24 hours and the staff is very kind. I see a lot of comments about "bug infestations" and just want to say that I have never had ANY bugs in my apartment. They come around and spray for bugs multiple times a year and obviously works incredibly well. Only problem I have had is that the walls are pretty thin and do not really block sound super well but its not that big of a problem.

Thank you for being understanding during Corona. They dropped my late fee removed my $100 a month charge for renting month to month and removed the $40 extra rent was supposed to go up. They even made a deal with me so I only had to pay half my rent a month until everything gets back to normal. Thank you so much for being caring and compassionate at a time like this. Having an all women staff is so awesome, I really hope that other landlords follow in their steps. Not only do I plan on staying at Copperstone but I’ve just received an interview in white sands missile range for a job. Fingers crossed

I have lived at Copperstone for nearly 6 years and have no complaints. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick and effective and the amenities (aside of being closed during COVID) are always clean and in working order. They spray for bugs outside once a month and will put you on a monthly schedule to spray inside also.

I've been living here for about 8 months now and I love it so much. Very quiet, peaceful, gorgeous complex. Maintenance is so quick and helps out with anything at all, they helped me hang curtains when I moved in! All the staff is incredibly nice. It's a quality apartment and I would definitely reccomend. I also looked at all the previous 1 star reviews and they're all from 3-5 years ago and I'm pretty sure they had a change of management or something since then because this place is a blessing.

I've been living at Copperstone for almost a year now and am very pleased with my experience. It is affordable luxury living with great amenities and even better staff. Jordyn and April from the leasing office are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are taken care of. Maintenance is very responsive and will fix any issues by the next day. The apartments themselves are spacious and beautifully designed. I highly recommend Copperstone as your future home.

My brothers and I have lived at Copperstone for the last four years and we absolutely love living here. Any time we have needed any sort of maintenance work, it was taken care of immediately. Everyone from the ladies in the office to the maintenance workers around the property are all extremely nice people and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone needing a nice place to live!

We have lived at Copperstone for a little over 9 months. We have never been happier with a complex. It is beautiful, well-managed, and up-kept. Refrigerated AC, updated appliances, pool, and pets allowed are just a few of the perks. We have felt safe and always at home during our time at Copperstone. We highly recommend them - they are worth the money.
