I offer Private Reformer Sessions, Prenatal and Postpartum classes, as well as Circuit classes. Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise designed to build lean muscle mass, increase flexibility and balance, strengthen your core, and connect your mind to your body. By focusing on breath and tuning in to the movements of your body, your mind-body connection is strengthened and your movements become more efficient and coordinated.

Julie is an awesome instructor! She greets you with a smile at the beginning of every class and sends you home with a warm thank you for coming. Along with great instructions for each exercise she is equally on top of things to make modifications if necessary for each individual if needed. Classes flow at a nice comfortable pace yet before you know it the class is over.

Julie is truly an inspiring Pilates Instructor, How inspiring? She is the reason I am in the process of becoming a Pilates Instructor myself. In 2015 I ended up having back surgery which I thought I'd never recover from. Pilates have been a life savior and part of my recovery for both my mental and physical health. Julie has helped me in my recovery as I'm sure she will help you in your journey.
Side note: Even as a Marine I have to physically and mentally prepare myself for the challenges Julie brings.

Joined Julie’s Pilates class 4 years ago after doing absolutely no form of exercise for many years and am now a total convert! Classes are brilliant and always something different and most importantly fun and I can honestly say I look forward to a Wednesday evening. Julie is a wonderful instructor, very patient and adapts exercises if you have an injury however slight and really helped me when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis.
Can’t recommend enough so if you’re looking to take up this form of exercise you’ll not be disappointed 🧘♀️

Being Fitness Director for 20 years, I have worked with many instructors and know the ones that shine & have that special something. Julie is one of them. I have taken many Pilates and barre classes with Julie and she is not only a great instructor, but her exercises are up to date, challenging and organized in a way to keep the session fun while also working all the right muscles. Her energy and personality are always positive and upbeat and she truly cares about you getting the most out of your workout. She is not only a great teacher but an overall awesome person!

I had no experience with Pilates before I started working with Julie. SHE IS AMAZING! She created a program that introduced me to a regular practice that motivates me to work hard without getting frustrated. I know that I would not still be committed to my workout without her and so grateful to have the opportunity to work with her. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Julie is a fabulous Pilates instructor and wellness guru. I met Julie when I was new to Pilates and not only does she provide great instruction, she motivates you to increase your ability. She inspired me to push myself and attempt challenges in class I didn't believe I could do. Although she is a Pilates instructor, she is really an overall fitness professional embracing health and wellness as part of her daily lifestyle. I can't say enough great things about Julie - she's the best!
