Lived here for 6 months and absolutely loved it. Management was great and the security system kept me feeling safe from all the drunk/tweaked out zombies that roam around Greeley's streets. I was on one of the higher floors and I love being high up so that worked out perfectly. No problems with my unit at all, my neighbors were kind, overall very cozy!

This is a nice place to rent an apartment. It's an older building, but it's secure and well maintained. You can't ask for a better apartment manager. She's on top of everything. We see her every day. She's very friendly. The rest of the staff are very friendly, as well. We didn't think we'd like living "downtown", but it's actually in a very nice quiet location. There isn't a lot of traffic and it's just a walk from the UCCC and downtown shopping. We've met several of the other tenants. Everyone is very nice.

I absolutely love living here! The staff are all wonderful! They are friendly, professional, and prompt. There are cameras around the entire property as well as security that does rounds at night and the building is secured with key fob entry. I feel safe here which important as a single female. Highly recommend whether its for a couple nights or a couple years, 609 Studios wont disappoint!

I love this place! It’s always so clean and everyone is friendly. I love that you need a key fob to gain access to the building. I always feel safe and secure. There are washers and dryers on multiple floors. There are change and vending machines when you want a late night snack. Alicia in the office is so kind and always so helpful. The location is great. You can walk to so many restaurants and breweries. It’s a great place to be!

The best studio / apartment complex I have ever lived in! Tons of security so I always feel safe. Alecia is amazing and always keeps us all up to date on everything going on in the building. I hardly hear any noise, which is perfect for getting work done or relaxing. I go to UNC and this is in a perfect location that is less than 10 minutes from campus and is within walking distance of downtown. I would highly recommenced 609 Studios to anyone looking for a great place to live!
