My family and I have only good things to say about the care that she has received from the nurses, aides, physical therapy staff, and occupational therapy staff. I have reached out to both Davids, Maureen, Kathy and her social workers, and Aliesha and they all have shown me every courtesy and have handled every situation I have confronted them with.

I have a relative who is recuperating here. For the entire time she has been here, the staff has been friendly and communicative. It isn't easy to get someone on the phone right away, but they do get back to me in a day or two.
Last weekend I visited my relative and saw for myself how her situation is. She gets physical therapy once a day and everyone has their own TV. The environs are cheerful, clean, and organized. They also have strict requirements in place to stop the spread of COVID, so that's is one less thing for me to worry about.

I would like to give the entire staff at The Grand Pavilion the biggest thank you! My mother came to this awesome place in early December with many issues, and since then she’s made some great progress that I’ve noticed. The care that is being provided is excellent, and I couldn’t have asked for better hands to give my mother some quality of life back. My mom had a bad experience out of state in a nightmare of a Nursing home facility. I must say I was totally impressed with the way each and every person I came in contact with was professional and very pleasant. From the security guard who explained the procedure regarding the cautionary measures taken because of the pandemic to the lovely nurses who were taking care of my "Auntie". I could tell she was being taken care of (even during her breathing treatment) because she was clean, looked healthy and every now and then she, in her own way, knew I was present. God Bless you all and I shall return.

I would never put my dog in this place, let alone a loved one. My father was admitted here after a fall. He made no progress in his rehab but to be fair I could not see what they were doing during therapy because of Covid and my dad is in his eighties with dementia. However, in the approximately 5 weeks he was there I received ONE phone call from his team updating me. Anytime you call you don’t get a person but have to leave voicemail. And I was leaving message after message after message for social worker. Nursing supervisor. It takes days to receive a call back. If you get one at all. Even

The staff at the Grand Pavilion in Rockville Centre were very nice and helpful....from the front desk, the nurses, the therapists and rec staff. The administration was more than accommodating. My mom really liked the physical and occupational therapists. When we called (at all times of the day and night) we were able to speak to someone.

I just would like to inform all people who are looking to place a person close to them in a nursing and rehabilitation home to make the Grand Pavilion their number one choice.
My dear friend James had to have 24 hour care since he suffered from incontinence and needed exercise therapy since he suffered from Cerebral Palsy since birth. He was 75 years old.
The Grand Pavilion administration qualified him for medicaid after review of his assets. The nursing department was always alerting me
as to James's condition and the physical therapy department kept me up on his needed therapy. I never had

I am getting ready to leave today and I am very pleased with my stay. The location is good, I felt very comfortable being here, the patients and residents are very well cared for, two outstanding nursing staff that I have to mention are Thomas and Francisco.
Debbie and Jackie from the Rehab team are very confident in what they do, I love their personally, and they made me feel comfortable during my sessions.
I would highly recommend the Grand Pavilion for anyone needing a Rehab Center!

I was at the Grand Pavilion for 2 months. I came here for physical therapy as well as to improve other physical functions. My daughter in law had heard great things about the Grand Pavilion so I chose to come here. My arm has greatly improved. I had some really great aides, Sharon among them. Sam from Social work was a great help, as was her Director, Kathy. I worked with the Chef to make sure I received the food I liked. The Administrator, David Roll came by many times throughout my stay to see how I was doing. I am happy to be going back home.
