The property management has ALOT of short days or days off. It’s hard to actually contact them. I’ve been calling regarding a order of protection for almost a week. Still no response. I paid 2146 for a 2 bed two bath. There are better places. You may have to do some digging but it’s not worth the money. I literally found a 3 bed 2 bed for 1400.

I have lived here for 3 years now and been through multiple management teams. I have to say, as with anything and anywhere, there are many good and bad things living here. However, the current management is making huge improvements all the time. My reason for the 5 star review is definitely due to all of the amazing experiences with the new management and maintenance staff. The past few months have definitely been the best of the 3 years. Danny is always so kind, helpful and on top of maintenance issues. Josh is caring and willing to go the extra mile to help with issues that may arise. Communication

Very grateful for a wonderful office manager for a change. My wife and I have lived on the property for about a year now, and gone through some extremely tough times. The office manager Josh, has been courteous, honest, and available whenever needed. He's always willing to go the extra mile when it comes to our situation, and I can only imagine from the good reviews here he does the same. I am a current resident at Cambria apartments. I recently moved to AZ last year. I’d like to share that my experience living here has been amazing. Office Manager Josh has been nothing more than a pleasure to work with. Extremely positive attitude every time you speak with him. Always following up with request and taking care of them in a promptly fashion. I can’t forget to mention the maintenance guys, they are very friendly and do a good job. When I first arrived at Cambria back in February 2021, I didn't have the best experience with the people that used to be in management. As Soon as Joshua jumped into office he has definitely made a difference! He has been exceptional at the front office. I used to never get a response but now he helps handle everything smoothly! He has been very on point and professional when it comes down to communication. We Appreciate this place more than ever now!

I toured this property and well I am not moving in because I am not a fan of the amenities or the renovations for the high price. Josh you deserve an A+ because it seems like you go above and beyond to help people. The reviews are not a joke when they say that Josh is the best, he was the only one working in the office and was able to multitask and help everybody.

Lived in Cambria from July 2020-2021, the location is the absolute best. An easy walk to downtown & easy highway access makes it great. I have made some really good friends while living there, but it's definitely a mix of populations. Lots of family's w/ kids, dogs, and young adults.
Overall, I really did love my apartment space. 2 bed 2 bath, 2 car garage fulfilled all my needs. I liked the set up of the buildings, I felt it limited noise as much as possible but you still could hear the common baby cry, music, etc.

We have lived her for almost 2 years our lease is almost up and I couldn't be happier! The first year was amazing clean good response to issues and communication since Katie (old property manager) left it's been awful we had our upstairs neighbors have a leak that came into our apartment in our kitchen it took a week to get them to have someone called and another week of me constantly complaining to get it fixed and they didn't even paint The roof to match the rest of it because they had to clean out all the drywall and now it smh looks awful. I lived here from April 2018 - May 2019. In that time, the property manager changed over to Bridge. The transition was a little rocky at first but things got better towards the end of my stay. The old property manager was really good about servicing complaints immediately or the next business day. With Bridge however, not quite as fast. I had an issue with my laundry washing machine where it would stop mid cycle, leaving my clothes soaked in water. It took them over a week to respond the first time. After finally responding, they claimed it was fixed. So I started another load, but the same problem

Worst place to live. They don't enforce their rules, people at the pool at all hours and are very rude when you try to courteously remind them the pool closes at 10:00. Right now they are going through construction as well as resurfacing the parking lot. We never received notice they were going to start construction, but yet they sent out a notice they were changing our patio light bulbs. Jack hammering at 6:30 in the morning until 3:00, and no parking.
The last owners cared, these new management people only care about filling the empty apartments.

Advertised as a "smoke free community" and it is not allowed on the grounds. This is a joke as I see a lot of people smoking on their patio or walking around the complex and even at the pool. I pay too much money here to be able to live in a "smoke free community" and I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so that was my main reason for moving in here. I'm tired of dealing with this and nothing gets done about it. Please Cambria start holding people accountable for their actions. Don't let people move in that smoke.
