I wish that the rating could be lower then 1 star. Rent is outrages for the location and condition of the apartments. Claimed that units are updated, but cabinet doors were crooked, outlets were falling out of the wall, and towel rod was falling off. Multiple repair orders were put in, and never responded to. Washer and dryer were not working when we moved in and were not fixed for almost 4 moths.

I’ve been living at the hamptons for just under a year. The staff in the office is great they always have the best customer service. Smiles on their faces and it’s always very inviting. Anytime I’ve had an issue small or big I know that I’m able to trust them to get it taken care of in a timely manner. Which is why I have decided to renew my lease another year!

Do not let the HD pics fool you! My girlfriend lives there and I don't even like going to her apt because it's infested with roaches! She's definitely not a dirty person, she keeps her apt very clean, she's tried everything, but they keep coming back! And for the area I think the price is a bit high! I give it two stars because the are trying to change it up and put security gates up for residents safety which is good!

My Son and I have been living in The Hamptons for the past 4 years (he is now 16 years old). And I am very pleased with the current Management, and their personal approach to resolving any issues that arise from living in an Apartment complex. I am currently working from home. but not always. When I had to go to my work place, and my Son had to leave home in the morning to go to School on his own, and come home before me, I had no worries about his safety, or our unit being vandalized. That is so comforting. We actually lived in the Hamptons under the previous owners, and it was not good, we moved

It perfect for me. I wish it had more handicapped access! I cant to the park the dumpsters for recycle it right behind me but I'm in a wheelchair there's no sidewalk or handicapped access its blocked by curbs! The city and state actually the nation says there's access for handicapped persons. Maybe the company should look at it. The Staff here is so helpful and nice. It's a good place to live.

My son and I have been here since August. The office team has been very kind and helpful, especially considering we moved in during a pandemic. Maintaince always takes care of my requests in a timely manner. We love the pool and gym, and there are plenty of other kids to play with. Overall it's a great place to live.

Current resident and the place is great! My neighbors are nice but we all keep our distances well, Which I enjoy a lot. Friendly neighbors pets. The complex is cleaned on a regular basis and it seems to be upgrading. The laundry room and pool have been fixed up and are open looking nice. The place it gated, which makes me feel better about my car. Overall decent place to call home😊

Recently went on a tour here and overall an amazing experience. It’s going to be my first time living on my own so everything is very new to me. The staff here was incredibly welcoming and just overall so genuine and kind. Made me extremely excited for this new chapter in my life. They have a great thing going here, and I’m looking forward to my future living even more then before.

Oh where do I begin....they were remodeled so that was a plus I guess. Too bad it wasn't done right. Drywall Mudd in the bathroom was just spayed everywhere. Then on top of that they never painted over it around the shower. Cabinets never closed right, and someone thought it would be a good idea to change the kitchen sink to only have one side. There is zero closet space period.
Hope you like roaches, because they will eventually come in from other units. Hope you like fees because they charge for common area usage, and the trash and water is insane. They sprinklers are always broken so

I would not tell anyone to move in to these so called appointment they do not fix anything like how there supposed to they say they will fix it and 2 week has went by with NO hot water in my appointment the guy said he would come back to fix it and I said ok and he then changed it to he would come back the next day to fix it because they where about to go home so I said ok to come fix it the next day no one shows up and a whole week has gone by and still NO hot water I went to the office and she said he wasn't available tell the next day again that it would get done and she lied too because

There were a few bugs in the beginning but new management so far is doing a great job still waiting for my fence out front but they are polite and the complex is small so everyone is friendly.pool is nice only down side is the gym is not open 24 hours and you have to do laundry in a facility that they provide apartment is decent as long as you make it what you want
